Integration Facilitators for refugees in Pankow.
Refugees receive individual support according to their personal situation.
Our services (offers):– Basic information to general questions and
access to administrative cases in Pankow.– Consultations prior to and during the asylum
process, interview preparation, consulting for predicament commission.
– Support in submission of an application for refugees‘ allowance.
– Mediation in a specialized consultation, legal advice, crisis services.
– In case of need support by visiting State institutions.
– Language support– Cooperation with concerned organizations and
dormitories– Further support in participation in the life of the
society and self-determination.
