Our Company

“Ecohome-Energy” As a serious and committed company with the environmental

conservation is introducing to the market the opportunity for the common citizen to

contribute for a better planet by the “Ecohome” project we are proposing. Nowadays we

are facing the problem of finding the way to save water and electrical energy, and because

of that, the mission of our company is to help people and the planet itself, by remodeling

homes so they can consume less electric energy, gas and reuses the wastewater; with this,

the pollution of the planet will be reduced.

To accomplish our goals the “Ecohome” project consist of two main focus of action

which are:

Conservation of Water:

The water treatment plants are undoubtedly very necessary at present, so we

propose to reuse the wastewater mainly to irrigation purposes, this can be done

thanks to diverse filters that are placed inside the treatment plants, and after

separate organic and solid material from the water we get high quality water for

watering your gardens.

All this procedure works by the reverse

Osmosis Purifiers

Reverse Osmosis purifiers:

Reserve Osmosis is one of the most economics ways that eliminates 90 to 99 percent of the water

contaminants, the system use a semi-permeable membrane system which remove salts, minerals,

metals and diverse particles. The Hydraulic pressure drives water

through the membrane into a water collection device; of course

the owner has the possibility to choose the way that he wants to

collect that water and where to place the container.

It is but an irony that 70% of the earth’s surface is covered by

water that cannot be consumed without purification. Less than

1% of the water available on earth can be used for drinking

purposes and is increasingly getting polluted.

According to the last study 80% of diseases are caused by

contaminated water consumption. The water that you get in your

faucet may be contaminated with physical, chemical and microbiological impurities and may also

have a high amount of dissolved solids.

Reverse osmosis technology based water purification is the most recommended method to reduce

the Total Dissolved Solids levels in drinking water. However as all the systems have the advantages

and disadvantages for that is important to mention for our customers.

Advantages

Adding activated Carbon stages makes water absolutely safe for drinking.

The reduction of the salt levels in the water by the reverse osmosis makes

water taste sweeter.

There is no addition of chemicals into the water.

Conservation of electric energy:

For the regular homes and lampposts we have planned the use of solar panels, so

they will be their own energy source; with the help of the solar energy, during the

day, the lamppost and bulbs will shine during the night with no need to be

connected to the public wire system. Keeping with the use of solar energy, we have

also included the use of it for water heaters; the integration of this technology for your house will

reduce significantly the use of gas or electricity of your

home, giving hot water for your showerhead or in any

faucet.

The solar panels function is based on the photovoltaic effect,

when solar radiation products heat into a conductor

device and it transforms it into electricity. As an

advantage of been obtained from heat and light

given by the sun, it’s a renewable kind of energy.

It is used as an alternative way for giving energy and electricity to homes, by using sun as principal

font of heat and energy. To regulate and control its

operations it is necessary the use of energy regulators,

so your electrical appliances will not be damaged, and

accumulators which allow energy to be saved and

used at night. And here is when solar panels are used

to sustain not only a simple device, a home, an entire

neighborhood or better, more than one, transforming

everything into a ecologic tool.

We as a service company, give facilities to other

enterprises or even homes that want to become a

member of our ecologic society, we install panels by size and use, with very accessible prices, and

an equipment system that allows panels to avoid bad conditions and to give them a good maintain

so they can render much more than they do, and also with their own energy system.

OUR ETHICAL COMMITMENT

Continuing with our social-oriented ideals, we found the “Life=Green” foundation, which works for

the preservation of the animals and their ecosystems here in Guatemala, in the Alux mountains

located between the Guatemala and Sacatepéquez departments, this year has been fifteen years

since its 5300 hectares were decelerated as a protected area, even though, each year it is

estimated that 6 hectares of forest are consumed by the agricultural and urban expansion.

Recently Alux Mountains are suffering of deforestation

that causes that many of species that live there are

threatened, and also there have increased the number

of illegal dump places that are destroying the natural

balance of its environment

How we contribute with the Alux Mountains:

The Life=Green foundation having the preservation of

forest and protected areas between Guatemala and Sacatepéquez, is

first, having an action plan to reforest every hectare that has been

ravaged by man in search of urban and industrial development.

As an ecological foundation we look for the green areas welfare, and

also to become not only ecological an recreational

areas for people, but also to recover lost habitats of

animals and to remove thrash and transform bad-

condition areas into a green and full of life

environment.

But how are we going to act? How are we going to

make it? Well, Life=Green foundation, count with

support of Green Organizations and also the of the

municipalities in charge of a part of the Alux

mountains, that had coordinate to give talks and train people of all ages of how a “green” and “full

of life” environment is. We plan to remove any thrash of it, replanting but not only us, we will

need people helping each other to save our nature, teaching and learning to make ambient

consciousness to everybody, to know what the meaning of life may be by recycling and planting.

Taking care of the place they may live.

Also we are going to coordinate with the municipalities hiring more rangers so they can guarantee

a decrease in the felling of trees.

How is it spend

The money we plan to invest in this trimester is based on the sales we had the last

trimester, which sales consisted on Q 200,000 so the 20% of them is 40,000 which

is intended to be used as follow.

This information acts as a forecast of the expenses we are going to have collaborating to this

project because the project is not yet operating. So as a company in road to success, we have been

always thinking of our homes and the only home for everybody... "The Earth" renewing every kind

of energy and recycling our natural resources, to transform it into a better place to live, not only

for us, for everybody though, so we can save the humanity home.
