By clicking on Request under the View section, you will be able to see your Personal Information, at the time of the request. This information will include your demographic information, primary contact information, as well as work information.

Reporting Using FMLA time

You will not be able to report time beyond the end date of the claim.

Time will be reported in hours and minutes, for up to 5 days at a time.

You will need to confirm the time report is correct and confirm the time to complete reporting time. If an error is received, the you will have the opportunity to go back and correct the error before moving on. If the error cannot be corrected via the website, the you will need to contact FMLASource directly.
