• Carry out Preventive Maintenance, Troubleshooting and faults diagnosis of DCS, PLC and their Control Loops. DCS : Max Dna 4.2.1. (For Steam turbine, Utility Boiler and BOP) Honeywell TDC 3000. (For Burner Management System) SpeedTronic Mark VI (GE) Gas Turbine Control System. Bently Nevada 3500 series.(Vibraion system for STG,GT) PLC : Siemens ,Woodward ,GE Fanuc,Allen Bradley.

• Responsible for preventing maintenance, calibration and repair of All type of Transmitters (Pressure, Level,Temperature and, flow transmitters). thermocouples, pressure regulated valves, pneumatic valves, All type of Gauges (Level ,Pressure and Temperature). I/P Converters (Siemens Sipart PS2), solenoid valve, limit switches, RTD’s, All type of switches by following SMPs.

• Preventive Maintenance and calibration of I/H Converters (Make-VOITH) for STG.• Routine healthiness checking and Preventive Maintenance of all TRIP SOVs

(Norgern) for STG.• Routine healthiness and Linearity checking of Bently Nevada Vibration Probes. • Responsible for modification in field and in Control system which increase for

plant relibility.• Actively participated in Commissioning, Loop checking and Startup of Gas

Turbine (BHEL & GE), Steam Turbines ,Gas Booster Compressor (BHEL), HRSG, Utility Boiler and Balance of Plant.

• Pre-commissioning and functional test of process loop by Interpretation of loop drawing, & terminations details, Hook-up drawing, P&ID drawings .

• Participating Interlock, Functionality and redundancy checking of system as per design.

• Involved and coordinated with vendor in various stages of the project implementation and reviewing of project documents like data sheets, P&ID, logic diagrams, Hook up diagrams,loop diagrams and necessary technical clarifications & coordinated with Electrical and other sections.

• Support and troubleshooting of LAN communications.• Responsible for monthly backup of all control system.• Knowledge of data sheets, instrument drawings, I/O wiring diagrams, P and IDs,

calculation and specifications• Extensive troubleshooting, maintenance experience with Smart (HART) 375 and

475 hand held Communicator of all process variable of various Manufacturer like,, ABB, Emerson Rosemount, E&H, Yokogawa Etc.

• Instrumental in setting up the Instrument Lab, making the consumable list for maintenance, arranging the area wise P&ID, Datasheet, Manual.

• Key player in making SMP/Calibration report format/ AMC/ PM schedule for instruments and check list for Mark-VI & /DCS /BMS/System, network status/analyzers/GT/HRSG/UB’S.

• Ensure material availability for all types of outages to ensure reliability of plant operation.

• Arrangement of required manpower and spare parts required for maintenance works.

Commissioning of turbo supervisory instruments, Knowledge of Steam Turbine protection and logics.
