Instructions for registering on iPortalFor stage one approval, we require suppliers to be registered with ConstructionLine and accredited under Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP).

From your internet browser type the following address in the address bar: www.coinsiportal.com

The iPortal Welcome screen will be displayed, where you have the option to Log in or Create an account for registration.

When the Register button has been clicked, the screen will display a confirmation message.

An authentication email will be sent to the email address provided.

Your email address will be automatically populated.

Note: This is the password provided in your authentication email.

The ConstructionLine Log in screen will be displayed:

Note: Once the Continue button is clicked, the link between ConstructionLine and iPortal is forged.

The information in ConstructionLine automatically populates iPortal. Any future changes made in ConstructionLine will be automatically updated into iPortal.

Important! Once this process is complete, you should notify your VINCI Construction UK contact, so that further verifications and approvals can take place, prior to order processing.
