Cut along solid lines, cutting off top section of card front, and adding a flapto paste behind the center inside page.

Place front and back sections back-to-back, blank sides together, and fold along dashed line.(Optional) Tape along bottom edge, on reverse. Be sure to allow the pages to unfold for cutting.Removable tape is good.
