Attendance

Attendance in the first week of classes (2 - 6 March, 2015) is mandatory. Biometric attendance will not be considered. Attendance counts for 5 marks of your total grade. There will random attendance taken

during class, absentees will lose 2.5 marks for every missed class.

You have to carry a valid ID card during Exams, Quizzes for verification.

Evaluation

There is a total of 50 marks to be earned in this course. The breakup is as follows:

Main Quiz 30 marksFinal 65 marksAttendance 5 marksTotal 100 marks

Quiz and Exam

An hour long Quiz worth 30 marks will be conducted on April 8, 2015. The final exam worth65 marks will be conducted on dates decided by the Academic Office. Make up will conductedonly if you have a valid excuse and been granted permission for a make up from the DeanAcademic Office.
