IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

• The counselling will commence from RANK 1 onwards for each category. • Allocation of colleges will be strictly on the basis of merit and availability of seats in

the college of choice, at that point of time. • The candidates MUST report to the Department of Education (CIE) at the reporting

time allotted to them. • Candidates MUST bring with them all relevant documents (in original ) and

photocopies of the same. i. CLASS X Certificate and Mark Sheet

ii. CLASS XII Certificate/ Provisional Certificate and Mark Sheet iii. Caste Certificate/Disability Certificate issued in the candidate’s name by

the Competent Authority iv. Admit Card

• Candidates must bring with them 2 passport size photograph. • In case of a tie, at the same merit rank, preference will be given to candidates who

have secured highest marks in class 10 exams (please ensure that you carry the class 10th marksheet with you)

• If a candidate fails to present herself on the specified round ( date and time assigned in the list) of centralized counselling, she forfeits her candidature and will not be considered in subsequent rounds of counselling.

• The allotment of seats to the candidate will be made only when they personally attend the counselling session at the given time.

• The choice of colleges exercised at the time of counselling shall be final. • Request of migration from one college to another will not be entertained. • Number of candidates called for first counselling is higher than actual number of

seats available in all categories. Counselling will close as soon as the required number of seats are filled up in a particular category. However if the seats remain vacant after expiry of payment deadlines in the colleges, the same will be offered to the students according to the succeeding merit rank in the list. Keep checking website for a list of candidates called for 2nd and 3rd ( if any) counselling schedule. ADMISSION GRANTED AT THE TIME OF COUNSELLING WILL BE PROVISIONAL. FINAL ADMISSION IS SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION OF RELEVANT DOCUMENTS BY THE COLLEGES AND FULFILLMENT OF ALL ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA MENTIONED IN THE PROSPECTUS. CONVENOR B.EL.ED ADMISSION COMMITTEE - 2014
