(devices, papers …), processes (steps, what should be done first …,) and methods (how to apply each step), which aims to enhance the

educational process.

•Formative evaluation:evaluate each phase and its deliverables.

•Summative evaluation:evaluate the solution and determine whether or not it was

effective.
