on head stock; the pulley has two belt slots, by changinm ain spindle can achieve 12 steps of rotat ion spee ds.
D.2 Feeding systemD.2.1 The longi tudinal and cross feeding of toolpost
By transmission from output shaft to the feeding box, to tand carriage, the toolpost feeding can be achieved bfeeding handles on the carriage. The handles have cross sshift and neutral shift. Only one direction feeding (crosscan be realized each time. Except the threading, thechange gears for auto feeding are: A=24, B=50, C=25works application is in this form. If bigger feeding is rchange the gears .
D.2.2 Threads tooling
When tooling threads, please open the change gears change gears chart to change suitable gears (the chstandard accessories). After the gears are changed, the
be closed. The half-nut must be locked when tooling asand cross feedings are inter-locked then. For right threaddirection feeding can be achieved by switching the directon the feeding box.

Metal Lathe Safety Instructio
1. Maintenance. Make sure the lathe is turned off anddisconnect from the main power supply and make
sure all moving parts have come to a complete stop
before any inspection, adjustment or maintenance iscarried out.
2. Lathe Condition. Lathe must be maintained for aproper working condition. Never operate a lathe
that has damaged or worn parts. Scheduled routine
maintenance should performed on a scheduled
basis.
3. Leaving a Lathe Unattended.Always shut thelathe off and make sure all moving parts have come
to a complete stop before leaving the lathe. An
unsupervised running lathe can cause serious injury.
4. Avoiding Entanglement. Remove loose clothing, belts, or jewelry items. Tie up long hair and use the
correct hair nets to avoid any entanglement with
moving parts.
5. Chuck key safety. Never let go of a chuck key whilestill in the chuck to prevent leaving the chuck key in
the chuck. Chuck keys left in the chuck can cause
serious injury.
6. Changing Chucks. When changing large heavychucks they become awkward to hold. Always get
assistance when installing large chucks. Use a board
or piece of plywood across the bedway when any
install or removal of chucks to avoid any possiblefinger pinching between a loose chuck and edge of
a bedway.
