Your shotgun is supplied in an individual carton,assembled and ready to use, as shown in (Fig 1).

UNPACKING YOUR SHOTGUNThe manual safety of your shotgun should always beon except for when you are ready to pull the triggerand fire the shotgun. This will help insure that noaccidental discharges take place.You should only havethe safety off, and be able to see the red line on theleft side of the receiver, when you are ready to shoot. ( The directions are opposite for left hand shotguns ).

When the button is pushed from the right side of the receiver, protruding to t he left side, you will see a redcircle on the safety button indicating the safety isoff and the shotgun is in an unsafe condition, ready tofire if the trigger is pulled. (Fig 6)

Press the stock button to release shotgun’s stockfrom its position. (Fig 2)

Your shotgun is equipped with a manual trigger blocksafety button located in the trigger guard, just behindthe trigger.

When the button is pushed from the left side of thereceiver, protruding to the right side, the trigger is blocked and the safety is on as shown in (Fig 5) (The directions are opposite for left hand shotguns).

The shotgun can be fired with the stock in foldedposition. The folded stock makes carriying easier.(Fig 4)

Don't shoot unless absolutely sure of yourtarget and what is beyond it.

Always wear eye and ear protection whenshooting.

Always be sure the barrel is clear ofobstructions, and only carry ammunitionspecifically intended for the gun you areusing.

Do not alter or modify your gun.

Have gun checked regularly by acompetent gunsmith.

Fold the stock over the top of the stock pad in ahorizontal position to the shotguns as shown in(Fig 3). ( Changing the position from a to b ).When you want to unfold the stock, first changethe stock pad position b to a. If the stock pad isnot in position a then the button can not beworked. Next push the stock button and unfoldthe stock to the extended position. See thatbutton is locked.

Now that are the familiar with the operation of the safety, you are ready to load the gun.

Do not load your shotgun until you are ready touse it and unload it immediately after you havefinished shooting.Always carry your shotgun withthe safety engaged.The user of this shotgun,andall firearms, should never depend on the manualsafety, or any other mechanical device, to makea firearm completely safe.It is your responsibilityto always keep the muzzle of your firearm pointed in a safe direction.

FOLDING STOCKTake note of the following warnings on gunhandling before attempting to use your shotgun:

REMEMBER, FIREARMS SAFETY DOES DEPENDON YOU!

Don't rely on your gun's safety. Treat everygun as if it were loaded and ready to fire.

Never cross a fence, climb a tree or jump aditch with a loaded gun.

Keep guns and ammunition separately andin locked storage.

Know the range of your gun.

We believe that safe firearms handling is themost important consideration of anyone whouses firearms and ammunition.Please take a fewminutes to thoroughly read and understand thisinstruction manual included with this shotgun.

You should completely understand this manualbefore you practice loading, unloading and firingwith live ammunition.

Never load or carry a loaded gun until youare ready to use it.

Watch your muzzle so the other fellowdoesn't have to.

1. Turn the shotgun upside down. Make sure theaction is locked closed.

When loading, keep the safety on and themuzzle pointed in a safe direction. To load themagazine tube:

2. Place a shotshell, of the proper gauge, ontothe carrier. (Fig 7)

3. Slide the shell up and into the magazine tube.Two shells can fit into the magazine tube.

4. Cycle the action by first pulling the forendtoward the action and then pushing the forendforward until the action locks closed. Yourshotgun is now in battery. (Fig 8-9)

You can increase the shot capacity of yourshotgun by adding an additional shotshell intothe magazine following the procedures above.

WARNING: Read and understand all instructionsand warnings in this manual BEFORE using thisshotgun. It is important to learn the parts of yourshotgun and their functions before using thisfirearm.

Keep the muzzle pointed at your target. Beaware of what is behind or around your target aswell as the target itself. After you have cycled theaction and loaded a shell into your pumpshotgun, the gun is ready to fire. Depress thesafety so that it is flush with the right side of thetrigger guard and has been disengaged. Pull thetrigger and the shotgun will fire. Cycle the actionto eject the spent shell and reload another shell.

ADJUSTING THE BACK SIGHT

DISASSEMBLY

WARNING: Read and understand all instructionsand warnings in this manual BEFORE using thisshotgun. Always make sure the shotgun iscompletely unloaded before disassembly. Makesure your shotgun is UNLOADED beforebeginning disassembly.

At regular intervals or when the shotgun hasbeen exposed to sand, water or other adverseconditions, disassemble, clean and oil it. Todisassemble your shotgun;

1. Remove the magazine cap. (Fig 13)2. Remove the barrel by pulling it out of the action.(Fig 14)

3. Remove the forend and action bar assembly.(Fig 15)

4.Remove the block from the action bar and the actionbar from the forend assembly. (Fig 16-17)

5. Remove the trigger group by first removing the tworetaining pins by using a punch to drive the pins out ofthe receiver. (Fig 18)

6. Once the retaining pins have been removed, theentire trigger group can be removed by pulling downon the trigger guard. (Fig 19)

Back sight has one screw. The screw adjust upand down. Use a suitable star type screwdriverfor this adjustment. (Fig 12)

The magazine tube is under spring pressure!WARNING:Further disassembly is not recommended and notnecessary for regular maintenance.

Your shotgun is supplied with a plug to limit the capacity of cartridges in the magazine tube. Your country's regulations may not require thisplug to be used so it may be removed.

When the barrel has been removed from the shotgun, insert a large bladed screwdriver intothe hole in the magazine spring retainer.(Fig 21)

While pushing down on the spring retainer withthe screwdriver, and rotating in a clockwise direction approximately 1/4 turn, the retainerwill move to a position where the cutout in theretainer will align with a detent in the magazinetube, enabling the retainer to come out of themagazine tube. Be very careful at this point, as

PUMP ACTION SHOTGUN

If you have your shotgun loaded and are ready tofire, but change your mind, first engage the safetyby pushing the safety button flush with the left sideof the trigger guard so that the red ring is no longervisible. Push the action release inward to unlockthe action and slide the forend toward the action.(Fig 10) If you want to unload without pullingthe bolt handle; turn your gun and press the carrier,press the latch which is the right side of thereceiver. The shell, which had been loaded, willeject. (Fig 11) Unload the shells by pressing thelatch for every one. Be careful not to allow theshot shell to eject onto a hard surface, which maycause the shell to discharge.

Do not use a cartridge that is longer thanthe maximum cartridge length that is stamped on the barrel.

The accidental loading and discharge of shellsof the wrong gauge in your shotgun can resultin damage to your gun and possible injury or death to you or others. To be safe at all times,carry only the proper gauge ammunition with you for the gun you are using.

CLEANING AND STORAGE

Periodically, clean the bore with proper cleaningequipment. Oil all metal surfaces lightly with highquality gun oil. Never pour oil into any insidemechanisms.

If you will be storing your shotgun for longperiods of time, apply gun grease to all metalparts, store the shotgun in a dry, and secure area.When you clean the shotgun, make sure themuzzle is not plugged with any heavy greasethat would cause a barrel obstruction.

The use of reloaded or substandard commerciallyproduced ammunition will affect your warrantycoverage and could result in severe injury to theshooter or others nearby. See the enclosed warranty registration card for any exclusions andlimitations of our warranty.

Remove the plastic plug from the tube and reassemble the retainer plug back into the magazine tube. Be careful, as the spring will beunder tension. Align the cutout in the retainerplug with the detent on the end of the magazinetube, push the plug into the tube and rotate it incounter clockwise direction approximately ¼ turn, and slowly allow the retainer to return to itsstop. This will lock the retainer plug firmly in themagazine tube.

DIRECTIONS FOR ASSEMBLY

1. Move the forend reward slightly, so that the boltis in the locked closed position. (Fig 24)

the retainer is holding a spring inside of the magazine tube and the spring is under tension.

Slowly pull back on the screwdriver to allow themagazine spring to push the retainer andcapacity plug out of the magazine tube.(Fig 22)

Note: Your shotgun has now been completely disassembled. No further disassembly of yourshotgun is necessary for routine maintenanceand cleaning. Our service department or acompetent gunsmith should only perform any further disassembly.

2. Insert the barrel extension into the receiver,making sure that the barrel extension is slidingbetween the bolt and top of the receiver and thatthe barrel collar is surrounding the magazine tube.Push the barrel back into the receiver until thebarrel extension is flush with the front of thereceiver. (Fig 25-26)

3.With the barrel properly inserted in the receiver,you may now insert the capacity limiter in themagazine tube, if it is necessary to limit thecartridge capacity of the shotgun. 1. Without thelimiter, the capacity of the tube is five 2-3/4"shells or four 3" magnum shells. With the limiterinserted, the capacity of the magazine tube is restricted to two shells of any size. (Fig 21-22)

4. Reattach the magazine cap, screwing it downas tightly as possible. (Fig 27)

5. The shotgun is now fully assembled.

Your shotgun is now ready for loading, after youfamiliarize yourself with the operation of themanual trigger block safety. (Fig 5)
