AbstractThis document contains the detailed guidelines for preparation of full papers of the 15 th FSTPT International Symposium. To submit a paper for presentation at the symposium, follow the instructions in this document. Authors should review all information in this document before submitting papers for consideration. Papers that do not follow the guidelines may not be considered for presentation or publication. The deadline for submitting draft full paper is August 13, 2012. The paper will be subsequently reviewed by the Scientific Committee and the result will be informed to the contact author. The authors have to revise their paper according to the Scientific Committee’s comments and to resubmit the paper by September 30, 2012 at the latest. All resubmitted papers will be published in the Proceedings of the Symposium. Furthermore, sixteen best presented papers will be published in the JURNAL TRANSPORTASI. Abstract should be within 150 words.
AbstrakMakalah yang ditulis dalam bahasa Indonesia dan makalah yang ditulis dalam bahasa Inggris diawali dengan abstract berbahasa Inggris. Urutan penulisannya adalah: Judul, Informasi Penulis Makalah, Abstract (Bahasa Inggris), Keywords (Bahasa Inggris), Abstrak (bahasa Indonesia), Kata Kunci (bahasa Indonesia), Isi makalah. Untuk makalah yang ditulis dalam Bahasa Inggris, tidak perlu mencantumkan abstrak abstak dalam bahasa Indonesia.
Kata Kunci: Kata Kunci A, Kata Kunci B, Kata Kunci C, Kata Kunci D, Kata Kunci E
GENERAL DESCRIPTIONThis instruction is developed as a guideline for authors in preparing papers. To be eligible to be presented in the symposium and published in the proceedings, at least one of the authors must be an academic. In addition, the authors should fully comply with this instruction for the paper to be accepted. Paper should be submitted in soft-copy which is compatible with Microsoft Word 2007.
FORMATPapers must adhere to the following format: A4 paper, portrait orientation;

Top margin of 2.5 cm, bottom margin of 4.5 cm, left margin of 3 cm, and right margin of 2.5 cm;
Font of Times New Roman; Single spaced and single column text; Maximum length of 10 pages, including figures, tables, appendices and references; Do not indent but leave a blank line between paragraphs; Do not insert page numbers; The Conference paper should place “The 15th FSTPT International Symposium, STTD
Bekasi, 11-12 November 2011” on the header; using Times New Roman 12pt, centered and italicized.
Do not type anything in footers.
Title and Author InformationThe title of the paper should be centered in ALL CAPITALS and boldface, using font type of Times New Roman 16pt and single space.
Author’s information should be centered and typed using font type of Times New Roman 10pt and single space. Author’s information should contain name of author, position, organization/institution, address, phone number and email address. Name of author only contain full name, without author’s title/degree and it is in boldface. If there is only one author, a box of the author’s information should be centered whereas the author’s information should be center aligned in the box. If there are two authors, the second author’s information should be placed on the right hand side of the first author’s information. If there are three authors, the third author’s information should be placed on the right hand side of the second author’s one as describe in this guideline. Furthermore, if there are four authors, the second author’s information should be placed on the right hand side of the first author’s information while the third and the fourth authors’ information is place under the first and second authors’ information, respectively.
AbstractAbstract is typed after two blank lines from the author information. Abstract contains description of background, objective of the study, study method, and result of the study. It is typed using Times New Roman 10pt and justify aligned. Abstract should be in one full column and only consists of one paragraph. The ”abstract” as a title is justify aligned and boldface. Furthermore, abstract must be within 150 words. For paper written in Bahasa Indonesia, Abstract must be in provided both in English and in Bahasa Indonesia. For After one blank line, key words should be provided. Keywords shall be 5 (five) at maximum.
Chapter, Section, Sub-section, and ParagraphThe main body of the paper starts after two blank lines from the key words. The main body is divided in chapters, (optionally) sections, and (optionally) subsections. The title of each chapter is typed in bold capitals using font type of Times New Roman 16pt. Chapter should not be numbered.
The title of Sub-section of a chapter should be left aligned, in initial capital and boldface. It is typed using font type of Times New Roman 12pt.

Each paragraph is started from the left alignment without indentation for the first line. Paragraph should be typed using Times New Roman 12pt and in single line spacing. One blank line should be left between paragraphs.
PAPER STRUCTUREThe structure of the paper may consist of:1. Title2. Author information3. Abstract4. Introduction5. Chapters of discussion (data, analysis, result, etc.)6. Conclusion7. Acknowledgement (optional)8. References9. Appendix (optional)
TABLE AND FIGUREEquation, table, and figure should be place between the text on a place appropriate with discussion of the table and figure. Table should be numbered in sequence. The title of the table is put above the table.

Furthermore, figure shall be numbered in sequence. The title of figures is put under the figure. Please be noted that figures shall be clear and in high quality picture, and preferably in picture format (.jpeg) which imported/inserted to the paper. See Fig. 1. Equation shall be numbered in sequence. The number is put on the right hand side of the equation.

REFERENCES References only contain those mentioned in the main text. It shall be written in ascending sequence based on the writer’s last name. The format of reference is:

APPENDIXIt is possible for the author to include appendix in the paper. Appendix may contain table, figure, and other which is important to be included. Furthermore, appendix shall comply with stipulation on software, language, page numbering, header, page format, table format and figure.
