of the items mentioned above is tentative and can be varied as per the actual requirement of

the Institution at the time of supply. The undersigned is authorized to finalize and issue

order to the successful bidder, who quotes the lowest price. The Institution reserves the right

to accept or reject any or all the quotations without assigning any reasons, whatsoever.
