What kind of media institution might distribute your media product and why?

If we were to go ahead with our film in real life then we would ask ‘Big Talk Productions’ to produce our film. The reason we would chose this company is because they are a well known British institution that specialises in making films on a low budget but making a high profit. Another reason we would chose Big Talk is because they are British and we would only find it fitting to have a British film institution to produce our film.

Film 4 is a small British institution that would be able to distribute our film. The reason we feel that they would be able to distribute our film is that they specialise in distributing small budget films like ‘Everyday’.

At the start of our film we used the Big Talk logo to show who our producer is.

Exhibitions

As our film is a small independent film we will be showing it at small cinemas like Picture House. The reason behind this is because as it is an independent film it needs to start small and then work its way up. The good thing about showing at Picture House is that it wont cost much to get it shown as they are a small cinema. So we would save as much profit as possible.
