goal, are the main ingredients of the chosen spiritual goal. Attainment of spiritual sadhana during the life-time of chosen sad-guru is easier. It is because, the candle-light of guidence, is lively-alight, for spiritual-foment, guidence and direction. But, the same is not available when the chosen guru, leaves his mortal-coil. All-moths cannot burn on a dead flame. The result is soon great majorty of the socalled deciples start-leaving after the physicaldeparture of the guru. It is given to a “rare-moth’’ to burn on a dead-flame.It is possible only to one who had absorbed into himself sufficient light to keep-himself aglow with and to consume his very being in it. It is absorved that people hankering after seeing the light in their heart. But, that is to no purpose at all, because, that sort of light is material in nature and is far heavier than the real bliss that one craves for spritually. An abhyasi should not try to see the light, but to suppose that it is conceptually there Light is infact only a shadow of Reality, and not Reality itself. Of-course, it may be felt during the course of abhyas but is to be ignored as superfluous. At the Ultimate goal of Reality one has to finally arrive where, there is nither light nor darkness far beyond the duality conception. A Sad-guru of highest achievement always ‘pines’ in his heart to bestow the highest spiritual stage to each and every-one of his devotees pulling them up to the very Centre of Spiritual- Reality making them ‘swim’ in the region, unfolding the “Point’’ which might help them to secure the Nature so as to work with it for the welfare of the humanity. But that is purly Divine-Gift, destined only for him whom He wills.Every particle of the human body possess immence-power and the entire universe is closely connected with it. Every point of the spinal calumn is full with greatest-power. But, nobody paid an yogic-attention to tap this hidden power. People are all talk high of ‘Kundalini’ alone, hankering madly after its awakening. But, every particle in the composition of brain cells has its own powerful force which surpasses that of the ‘Kundalini’ What is needed is to “know’’ the technique of releasing that hidden power. Spiritual Power Ensues through Humility Aspiring for power, through yogic process of technology of meditation, which is meant for

spiritual attainment, is like riding on a vicious tiger, if the intention is diverted for material gain. Powers do come, during the process of yoga-meditational life; but diverting the spiritual attention to material gain, popularity of “name and fame’’ is fraught with danger, which is like the riding of a tiger. Power ensues through self-surrender and through humility, to spiritual goal and to the Guru, who is no-other than divinity in embodied form. Constant meditation on the Reality – Para Brahman, with love and devotion gradually leads to the elimination of contradicting thoughts from the mental-psyche. It is the natural way that thoughts originating from the conscience of the mind usually contradict each other thus, weakening their own intrinsic-power “ As-Will “ ; This happens because of ‘Doubt or Samshya, The ancient Rishis who were great psychologists have foreseen and cautioned the Mankind, to be aware of this kind of mental-psych in the following verse:

“ Ajnascha Ashreddhanasch Sanshyaatma Vinashyati Naa Ayam Loko Asthi Na Paro Na Sukham Samshyaa tmanah’’

अज्ञा च अ द्धन च सशंया मा िवन यित ना अय ंलोको अि थ न परो न सखुं सशंया मा िवन यित

(Ref: Gita 4-40)) Meaning: He who lacks discrimination is devoid of faith,

and it is at the same time possessed of doubt, is lost to the spiritual path. For the doubting soul, there is neither this world nor the world beyond; nor even happiness. By constant meditation, on Para Brahman the Highest Reality; gradually contradicting dualities of thoughts decrease, mind-psych becomes single-pointed and huge psychic-power, ensues from such a disciplined yogi. However, this psychic

power unless tamed by self-discipline of surrender to God, throws the yogi out-of-balance of self-control turning him egoist, leading to spiritual downfall. Even a great spiritual personality, like Sri Krishna, the God incarnated was the embodiment of power of humility. (1) There is a story on this aspect of power ensuing with

humility. Once the Sage Narada went to Dwaraka, to see Bhagavan Sri Krishna. However, he was not allowed to enter the chambers of the Bhagavan by the “Door-keepers’ on the plea that it was the order of Bhagavan Sri. Krishna itself. After awaiting for sometime, Bhagavan came out to greet the Sage Narada. But, the Sage expressed his displeasure, on the action of the ‘door-keepers’. Then Sri Krishna, took the Sage to his praying room, called as “Dhyana_mandiram” There the sage saw the images of several devotees of Bhagavan including his own image. With great surprise of bewilderment, the Sage asked why those images were there. Bhagavan, with smile, revealed that He daily prays for the welfare of His devotees, and instructed the door-keepers not to allow anybody to disturb Him. Sage Narada was stunned to hear this that the God-incarnation Sri Krishna himself is so humble to pray for His devotees.

(2) Another example of power ensuing from a personality of humility, is Sri Hanuman, who is the hero, of ancient great epic called “Ramayana’’ authored by great Sage Valmiki. Sri Hanuman was so powerful, that he could cross ocean ‘in one leap to reach Lanka from port-”Dhanshkoti’’ India. He could on one occasion, carried whole mountain on his palm, flying across the sky to reach Lanka, where the armies of Bhagavan Sri Rama was waiting anxiously, to recoup Sri Lakshmana the brother of Bhagavan Sri Rama, lying unconscious with mortal-wounds. Hanuman was such a colossal embodiment of Power. But, surprisingly, he was not aware of normally about his power until someone reminded him of his great prowess .On certain occasion,

devotees prayed to Hanuman, to reveal his complex personality, in the context of His devotional approach to Bhgavan Sri Rama. The Great Sage, answered the question in the following words:

Deha Budhyatu Daaso asmi -Jeeva Budhya Tadam Sakshi

Atma Budhyat Twamevaha’’ Iti Mae Nischi Ta Matihi

देह बधुयात दासोअसिम- जीव बधुयात दाम् साक्षी आ म बधुयात वमेवाह् िमितमे िनि चतमितिह

Meaning; Sri Anjaneya Swami of Ramayana Epic says: “O Lord, when I am steeped in body conscience, I am Thy slave; when I identify myself with the mind, and intellect, i.e. as a Jeeva, individual entity, I am a part & parcel of Thee; and when I am Swaroopa’ that is, as the Spirit / Soul. I am Thy-Self only.

(3) Here is another example of misusing the spiritual power,

gained by long contemplation, but drenched in personal-ego. Once upon a time there was a Rishi (sage), called as ‘Shrunghi’, who used to contemplate long-hours through meditation. He intuitively glimpsed that he has accumulated lot of spiritual power by that process and he became proud of it. Once, it so happened that while he was meditating under a tree; a bird dropped filth on him. And he was so furious by that incident that, he looked at that bird with concentrated gaze. Lo! The bird dropped-dead with that concentrated look. The Rishi was happy and complimented himself on the ‘Power’ gained by his ‘Tapasya’ (contemplated austerity). After that incident on that day the Rishi, at midday went to receive food as alms, served by local village people to one who are engaged in full-time ‘Tapasya’. He stopped at the door of a hosue hold and gave the call “ Bhavati-Bhikshan Dehi’’ ( Mother, please, give food ) It took some delayed time by householder, (because she was serving her husband with meals ), in responding to the ‘food-call’ of the ascetic. Finally when the house-lady, opened the door to offer

“Bhiksha’’ (food as alms). The egoistic-Rishi, lost his temper for that delay and started staring at her with highly concentrated look, for few minutes. Surprisingly that house lady remarked to that ascetic ‘ I am not the bird on a tree to fall dead by your dirty concentrated-look’’ With this taunt the ascetic was taken aback, puzzled how this ordinary looking house- lady came to know the incident of the bird falling dead, unless she was a great saint, more disciplined in spiritual concentrated power. Immediately he realized the shallowness of all his concentrated power gained by ‘Tapasya’ austerity. He immediately fell at the feet of that hose-lady and begged to be initiated in spiritual austerities. That, house lady declined to initiate the recluse, but instead directed him giving the address to another great spiritual-personality of that-time known as “Dharma Vyadudu’’ who was the butcher, by profession living in a nearby village. The Recluse went to that sage, and learnt higher levels of spiritual strategies of Self-Knowledge (Atma vidya), becoming more and more restrained in his behaviour born out-of humility.

Sunday (19-03-2017) Mr. Mac Maderski came to pick up me from my place and we went to Highett Ashram, it was almost one hour journey by car. Mrs. Vicky and Mrs. Jenny were present. It was just living room of Ms. Vicky's house (Minor short comings omitted: Editor’s Note). After introduction, we (four) started Satsang Meditation at 10.10 a.m. and continued up to 11.10 a.m. During meditation got an idea to clean the room before filling the divine energy, while cleaning the room did not observe any negative energy and also while filling the divine energy, observed that already filled with energy. After Satsang, to my curiosity, when I asked Ms.Vicky, she informed that they are conducting Satsang bi-weekly, Mr. Asish is visiting this place. After Satsang they asked me to talk, then I tried to explain them the structure of physical, subtle and causal bodies and how this Pranahuthi acts to remove the impressions on Causal body and its subsequent effect(s) on Subtle & Physical body, how our attitudes changes slowly. Also briefly explained the importance and advantages of SMRY in Material & Spiritual World. By 1.30p.m. We finished our discussion. Again Mac dropped me at our place. I am very thankful to Mac. He informed me that he did not meet Swamiji personally. Really Swamiji he is such a sincere, humble, devoted Abhyasi/Preceptor, he wanted to come to Hyderabad to meet Swamiji but due to financial problem he was not able to come. Swamiji please bless him to fulfil his wish to meet Swamiji personally. Sri Asish Menon informed that he will come to Melbourne during mid April (may be 15th). If possible I will go to Ms.Vicky's house for Satsang to meet him. That place is far away from our place, the other end of Melbourne, public transport may take about 3 hrs. by one-way. Dr. Swathi is sincerely sitting, for individual sitting with Swamiji, on every Tuesday at 4-5 p.m. (IST) and taking individual sitting from me. Kindly bless her Swamiji/Babuji. I am writing in reference to the subject matter for which I seek your blessings and initiation.

I met Ravi few months ago and while discussing on professional and personal topics, I expressed my long-time desire and struggle with mediation in general. At that time I learned about you and since then I have read your book that Ravi kindly sent to me. Your questions are always interesting and puzzling. Do not forget that all humans are reflections (Chaya) of the Ultimate Reality. The most scientific fact is there is no creation at all, except there is absolute undifferentiated Consciousness. It is because of the emergence of “valid’’ mind, that you have the creation, the objectified consciousness. This is valid only in two phases of consciousness, namely, the waking stage of consciousness, and the dream-state of consciousness. In deep sleep there is no creation because the mind is dormant and therefore the objectification of consciousness ceases; and every one in that state of deep sleep, is in consciousness state of Self, The Atman or Soul. So, creation is the reflection of Reality in Mind, which is dormant in Deep-sleep consciousness. Have patience: these are high spiritual and philosophical issues; when the Pranahuti-meditation reaches its final goal all these aspects

I sat this evening and did the point B meditation and felt strong connection to Swamiji with transmission and cleansing. question arose during meditation. If Devine power is flowing in and cleansing the Sanskaras from heart of Causal body, why does this need to happen? I understand that cleansing Sanskaras clears away that which keeps us repeating the birth life death cycle but why does it even exist in the first place? How did the Devine allow the shadow of ignorance to even exist I will persevere with faith and deepest respect for Swamiji/Master and IUSCM. There is a lot of strengths of character within David Musson and depression etc. will not stand in the way of spiritual progression for long. It is not so; each teacher is unique & separate in his spiritual capacities. and the seeker has to search thoroughly in selecting the spiritual teacher, very particularly; the notion of everybody is the embodiment of god is not tenable in any field of teaching-learning, more particularly-so in spiritual field. In Sahajamarg meditation system the Guru gives the permission bestowing needed spiritual power of 'Pranahuti' which does not work at freewill of each and everybody. Pranam Hope Swamiji and Mother are in good health. Swamiji and Mataji are most welcome to visit the Oceania/Pacific Region. For over ten years, I have been reading every page of IUSCM newsletters and Swamiji's two books. The most recent book is a real gem. Swamiji has revealed the Ultimate Truth about Spirituality and the means to reach our goal through Pranahuti Meditation. Professor Subramani, Head of English and Literature at the University of Fiji has been insisting upon me to write a book about "My Life and Experiences". I told him that if I do write, a chapter of my book will focus on how my life changed since joining the Institute of Universal Self Conscious Movement, Operational wing of Sahaja Marga Raja Yoga. He feels that I have more than enough knowledge, experience and resources to write this book. Govinda Sami will not lift his pen to write this book without Swamiji's blessings. A month ago, I was in Nadi, Fiji. Preceptor Rajesh Kumar had organised a meditation session that Saroj and I attended. There were 30 people that attended.

Our next visit to Fiji is in July. We will be travelling to Nadi, Labasa, Suva and Nausori. We will be meeting abhyasis in these areas and conducting meditation sessions. With warm regards to Swamiji and Mataji. Thy Own Self

“It is good to be harassed. Home is a school for learning and forbearance. In our system to be content with this all is called ‘tapas’ (penance) and it is superior than the other forms of penance. Hope you will be well. Everybody is well here. I am now writing about my spiritual condition, whatever it is, by the grace of Master. My condition is such occasionally I feel that I am dead. If I may remain sitting silently amidst the gathering in any function, I become unconscious of the fact where I am sitting. When I come to my senses again, it becomes impossible for me to speak out anything for a little while. In fact this condition has become a matter of routine for me and the days pass on becoming unconscious and gaining senses. My condition is such that I fail to find and feel the fragrance of the Master within and outside me in each particle of mine. There was a time when I used to feel my attachment with each every person and thing but now I do not feel any attachment or anything as if there is nobody present; hence there is no question

of any chord of attachment with anybody. I do not feel any fragrance of the Master even in the Master. My condition now is the same as it was before starting Pooja i.e. I have no touch with spiritualism and I remain engaged in domestic affairs. If I am required to do some domestic duties that is well but I have no knowledge about them or because I am neither concerned about the work to be done in future nor worried about the past action. The condition is at such a stage that I have no knowledge about knowledge as well. My condition now is such that there is no trace of duality and non-duality as well even if I may think about it a lot. Now I have no power left in me that I may be able to meditate on these things. Now the spiritual power of Sri Babuji is illuminating in the particles of my body and each and every particle is also radiating Babuji’s Power. I do not know what that power is. So far as my head is concerned it seemed that the whole of it is radiant with light but it is not the actual light in the true sense of the word. I am finding some such sort of change in my whole body. I do not know whether there is any such thing as my condition or not because I remain totally dry in each season. “Regarding the multiplicity which is equivalent to differences, the unreality of the differences or naanaatva is important in the doctrine of Sankara. Equally so is it in the doctrine of Bhaskara. Meaning: ’’This form of yours is worthy of being constantly meditated-upon by those who seek the purification of their mind; for it is the practice of its adoration which brings fearlessness (in the form of final beautitude) to those who perform their own (allotted) duty as a stepping stone to Devotion.’’

Meaning: The Lord should be worshipped with everything that is obtained without effort. One should never make the least effort to attain that which one does not possess.’’

Explanation: One should contemplate that the Lord is the intelligence in the body. The various functions and faculties in the body serve that intelligence as consorts serve the lord. The mind is the messenger who brings and presents to the Lord the knowledge of the three worlds. The two fundamental energies, viz. the energy of wisdom (Jnaana shakti), and the energy of action (kriya shakti)., are the consorts of the Lord. Diverse aspects of the knowledge are his ornaments. The organs of action are the gates through which the Lord enters the out aide world.’’ I am that infinite Self which is indivisible; I remain full and infinite’’- thus the intelligence dwells in the body. He who contemplates in this manner is equanimity itself, his behaviour is equ-animous guided by equal vision. Worship the Lord who is the intelligence that pervades his entire body.

thing you question –what is that? (repeatedly). The enquiry goes on internally as a “Vritti’’. When the ripples on Manas and Budhi stop- enquiry stops; there is just blankness—all Vrittis ceases; even the Chitta stops its function, and there is utter quietness. At this stage, what you are trying to remember suddenly flashes forth in your memory, i.e. it comes to the forefront of Consciousness. Thus, when you try to remember, you forget everything before what is forgotten flashes forth. In the Anthahkarna, there can be only one Vritti at a time. This is a very curious feature. Chitta Vritti, Budhi Vritti, and Mano Vritti are certain features or aspects of the samer Consciousness with no division line between them. Of them, Mano Vritti is the grossest, and Chitta is the subtlest. Whern one of them rises, the other two do not. In Meditation, you have to utilize Budhi Vritti till you locate the “SAKSHI’’ and then the Chitta Vritti for remembering that. (Ref:-Book of Knowledge Divine,2nd Edition, P.10-11; IUSCM, Pub.
