Building upon the solid tradition of the existing RCF Monitor Series Professional Loudspeaker

Systems, RCF are pleased to introduce the New Monitor Q Series.

The Monitor Q Series is an additional family to add to the outstanding versatility of the RCF Monitor

range of speakers. Our objectives are to provide you with an additional choice of ‘cosmetically

pleasing’ fashion orientated compact installation speaker systems. Plus unique ‘Contractor

Solutions’.

The Monitor Q Series offers modern industrial design along with impeccable acoustic engineering

with six installation specifi c models. RCF Engineers have worked to create a true combination of

design and acoustics with ‘installation friendly’ mounting and fi xing systems to please both the

Sound Contractor, architect and end client. For example the MQ50 has a truly innovative speaker

fi xing system which allows the contractor to wire in and terminate connections via the bracket

assembly during a ‘fi rst fi x’ part of the installation. Then simply when the building project is

complete the speaker and included termination cable is simply plugged into the pre-fi xed bracket

assembly.

Available in different colours, all models can be easily re painted to match any decor. A complete

line of ‘Mounting Accessories’ are also available to assist the contractor.

AUDIOPHILE SOUND QUALITY

MQ30PThe MQ30P is an orientable two-way mini-

speaker. The components are a 3” woofer and a

coaxial dome tweeter that ensure a wide angle

of coverage. Combined with a subwoofer, the

MQ30P allows high quality music distribution

with high output levels.

An important feature of the MQ30P is that it

provides consistent reproduction of all the

frequencies involved in voice transmission

and therefore, alone or in combination with a

subwoofer, makes it possible to obtain a high

level of vocal intelligibility

The MQ30P has been designed to adhere closely

to the wall or ceiling and thus it has a limited

protrusion. The built-in hinged support makes

the speaker easy to install and orient in any

direction.

Like the other Monitor Q products, MQ30P

installation is simple and fl exible.

MQ50The MQ50 is a monitor speaker for constant directivity installation. It is a

two-way speaker with 5” woofer and waveguide-loaded dome tweeter

to ensure intelligibility and correct dispersion of the sound over a wide

angle of coverage.

The built-in support makes the MQ50 easy to install and enables close

fi tting to the wall, limiting its protrusion.

The exclusive attachment system designed for the MQ50 model allows

the installer to fi t the attachment bracket to the wall and make the

electrical connections during the preinstallation phase; subsequently,

when all the works are completed, the MQ50 is positioned, oriented,

and connected with a simple “click”, without the need for tools.

MQ60HThe MQ60H is a wall mount monitor speaker designed

to guarantee uniform coverage of a large area in order

to limit the number of speakers and therefore the

installation points.

It is a two-way speaker with three transducers: the 5“

woofer and the two horn-loaded dome tweeters with

constant directivity are positioned in such a way as to

ensure the maximum listening comfort within the area

covered.

Installation is carried out in two phases: fi rst, you

mount the support on the wall and make the electrical

connections; when all the works are completed, you

insert the speaker and make a quick connection.

MQ60H LinkAC MQ60HLINK accessories, available in black (AC MQ60H Link-B) or

white (AC MQ60HLink-W) can be used to support 2 MQ 60H speakers

to form an Omni directional high quality speaker array (360°) dispersion

over a horizontal surface which is controlled over a vertical surface.

MQ90SThe MQ 90S subwoofer is innovative and

compact. Unlike competing models, that require

all of the satellite speakers to be wired directly to

the subwoofer, the MQ 90S can be parallel wired

anywhere along the constant voltage wire pair.

The high power transducer is a unique 8”

woofer design that achieves truly impressive

performance for its size when matched with the

special bandpass and enclosure design of the

MQ 90S.

Electrical connections are made to removable

terminals that allows for easy daisy-chaining. A

built-in 70/100V transformer provides selectable

wattage taps. The enclosure is constructed of

high density MDF board with a scratch resistant.

The MQ 90S is a part of RCF Monitor Q series,

integrated for business applications. Speakers

include full range and a complementary low

frequency system, all designed for constant

voltage parallel connection.

MQ80PHigh intelligibility, high effi ciency and compact

design make the RCF MQ 80P 2-way horn-loaded

sound projector speaker system the ideal solution

to get clear voice and music reproduction in mid-

size environment.

Suitable for PA systems and background/

foreground music systems. Thanks to its 90° X

60°constant directivity and to simple accessories

it can be combined in clusters of 2 or more pieces

to get wide and smooth coverage and to reduce

the installation points.

It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor

installations (IP 65). Installation of the MQ 80P is

quick thanks to the unique bracket with several

fi xing points and aiming facilities.

Connections are made by a multi-pole cable.

Wattage taps and voltage adjustments together

with 8-ohm operation are selectable by means of

a Rotary switch, accessible under a sealed cover.

MQ50CCompact design, light weight and limited depth make the RCF MQ50C

2-way ceiling monitor loudspeakers ideal for use in any PA systems and

background/foreground music systems where high quality sound

reproduction is required.

The woofer is a high-excursion, PP coated paper cone – rubber

surround design mounted in a tuned enclosure. The fabric dome

tweeter is loaded on a constant Q wave guide to provide

natural, smooth sound reproduction on a wide dispersion

angle. Installation of the MQ50C is fast and effi cient using the

built in rotating hooks.

No additional brackets or rings or other supports are

required: thanks to its lightweight construction the speaker

can be mounted as a conventional ceiling speaker.

Connections are made to four polar loop thru Euroblock

male and female connectors to easily offer parallel in/out

wiring facilities. Wattage taps and voltage adjustments

together with 16-ohm operation are selectable by means

of a Rotary switch, accessible under the frontal grill. A front

protection system is provided for over-painting the bezel

and grille.

MQ50iConstant directivity monitor speaker for fl ush

mount-in wall installation.

Its sound accuracy, compact size and design make

this ‘In wall’ speaker ideal for reproducing music

and speech.

It is a 2-way Bass Refl ex acoustic speaker with 5”

high-excursion woofer with rubber suspension

and soft dome tweeter loaded on a wave guide to

ensure clarity and proper sound dispersion over a

wide range of coverage.

The speaker body is in high-density polystyrene

with a painted steel grill. It can be mounted on

2 module Multibox standard boxes for electric

systems (code bticino® 16102).

It comes complete with a back metal case with

cable management for applying to walls in

plasterboard or other types of panelling.
