Installation Overview


Environment Setup


•Operating System: Windows, Linux;

•Web server installed;• Apache 1.3x, (All Products);• Apache 2 (only for BVS-Site, iAH);• IIS 5.0 (tested to all products);

• PHP Installed (tested until 4.4.0 version);

• PHP set to work with the eXpat and Sablotron (for more information see the “Installation manual of pre-required software to VHL applications” available at the VHL Model site);• Web server configured with PHP; • WWWIsis Licence (HIL and Direve).


Install process

1 – Copy folders and files to virtual host location

2 – Run installation scripts (setup) or manually change path and domain name (servername) in definition files (.def)

To start installing, unpack (or unzip) the application to a temporary location and then copy folders and files to the corresponding location as defined by the Virtual Host definition

The process of copying files and folders is the same to all other products (IAH, DIREVE, HIL)
