Camera Manager Utility is a free windows application that discovers and displays network camera on your network. The application can also be used to manually set a static IP address and upgrade. Note that you must install the network speed dome camera on the same network segment (Physical subnet) as the computer running the manager program. Camera Manger Utility is available on the CD supplied with this product, or it can be downloaded from www.networkipcamera.com Assigning the IP address using the Camera Manager Utility To access the camera to a network, you need to assign an appropriate network IP address when you installed the camera for the fist time.
