Enable users to view and access content from Gale’s Opposing Viewpoints In Context within Google results. Follow the steps below to install the chrome extension (beta) to an individual computer.

CHROME EXTENSION INSTALLATION

STEP ONE: Open your Chrome Browser. Execute a Google search for Chrome Web Store, or visithttps://chrome.google.com/webstore/.In the search field, type Opposing Viewpoints In Context.

STEP TWO: Under Extensions, find Opposing Viewpoints in Context and click + ADD TO CHROME.

STEP THREE: Choose Add extension

STEP FOUR: Select the Opposing Viewpoints In Context extension icon that is located in the upper right of the browser window and choose Options from the dropdown menu.

STEP FIVE: Enter the values for Library Name, Gale Library Location Id, and Gale Library Location Id Password. Click Save to complete the installation. A message will appear at the bottom of the window verifying that the settings have been updated. Close the Options page and refresh the search.

When successfully installed, the Opposing Viewpoints In Context extension will appear on the right side of your Google search results.
