ACM QuickPanel System Overview:The goal is to create a modern, clean, and quality exterior that is affordable, easy to install, and protects your building envelope for years to come. The 4mm ACM QuickPanel System by EasyTrim Reveals achieves this goal.

We make ACM Panels accessible to the broader market.

The QuickPanel System by EasyTrim Reveals is a North American manufactured 4mm ACM panel cladding system. This all-in-one rainscreen system is fully tested, patent pending, and provides the strength and flexibility required for the most demanding design criteria. Through our easy to install SnapLock trim technology the QuickPanel System is a budget friendly alternative to the rout and return installation methods found on more traditional ACM projects. Our EZ.Lock Trim Technology allows everything to be measured and cut on-site eliminating the need for any off-site fabrication.

EZ.Lock Trim Technology: EasyTrim Reveals invented and patented EZ.Lock Trim Technology. Building off our original Fiber Cement Trim System that features our SnapLock EZ.Lock Engagements designed to hold fiber cement panel and plank in place, we have created an all-new and unique engagement specifically designed for architectural grade 4mm ACM panels.

This new ACM panel engagement method ensures your ACM panels stay intact with no face fasteners and has been wind-load tested for speeds up to 60 psf (153 mph) with a safety factor of 2x and a maximum certified test result of 120 psf (216 mph).

Installation:Installation is easy. Everything is measured and cut on-site. The trim Back Plates provide open, tab-free areas that engage the panels; the Top Caps are then easily snapped into position holding the panels and completing the installation. QuickPanel proprietary tools simplify the installation process.

QP QuickClip Panel Holders are an efficiency tool used as an extra set of hands, allowing you to continue with the installation until the final Top Caps permanently secure the 4mm ACM QuickPanels to the Panel Platforms.

QP HammerBlock is a responsive hammer block used to engage all QuickPanel Top Caps. The soft durable material is used to protect the Kynar Paint finish from marring or scratching during engagement.

Pump Style Suction Cups enable you to quickly and easily handle the lightweight 4mm ACM QuickPanels from the pallet to the wall.

The Track Saw is easy to use and enables you to measure and cut your panels extremely straight and accurate.

Adhesive Applicator is a no back pressure caulking gun. It is used to apply the Tremco Spectrum 1 Silicone Adhesive permanently securing the 4mm ACM QuickPanels, Top Caps, QP.10 Horizontal Window Sill Assembly, QP.11 Vertical Window Sides Assembly and QP.12 Wall Penetration Assembly Back Plates.

18 Volt Impact Driver with a 1/4” socket is used to fasten all QuickPanel trims to the wall with our QuickPanel Weather Sealed Screws.

Site Prep/ Material Handling• Inspect wall surfaces for inconsistencies and correct framing prior to installation• Ensure all Horizontal and Vertical Back Plate layout gridlines are level and plumb• Ensure all materials are in good condition before installation• Store QP materials in a clean flat environment to prevent damage • Keep work surfaces free of metal shavings and debris to prevent damage, scratches and marring

Installation Efficiencies• Temporarily Tack profiles in place using ¾” 18g brad nails to allow easy adjustment before securing with supplied QP Weather Sealed Screws• Cut 4mm ACM Panels using a Track Saw with a non-ferrous metal cutting blade• Apply Tremco Spectrum 1 Silicone Adhesive with Adhesive Applicator• Install 4mm ACM Panel using two Pump Style Suction Cups per panel• Use four to six QP QuickClip Panel Holders to temporarily secure each 4mm ACM Panel in place during installation process• Use QP Hammer Block to engage all QuickPanel Top Caps

Cutting Materials• Follow your local safety standards when cutting all QP materials• Always wear approved safety glasses and ear plugs • Cut all profiles and 4mm ACM Panels using a non-ferrous metal cutting blade

Weather Sealed Screws• Use supplied QP Weather Sealed Screws to attach all QP Back Plates and Rainscreen Furring Spacers• Place QP Weather Sealed Screws at 12”o.c. on verticals. Alternating stagger pattern on vertical corner profiles• Anchor QP Weather Sealed Screws into studs at stud spacing on horizontals. When stud spacing is over 16”o.c. place an additional screw
