HIGH GLOSS PROTECTIVE MICRO-GUARD FOR POLISHED CONCRETEINSTA GUARD is designed to form a durable high gloss protective micro-finish on and in polished concrete.INSTA GUARD develops rapid hardness, scratch, scuff and water resistance, unlike concrete polish "guard" prod-ucts currently on the market, which are water sensitive and require 7 to 14 days to develop properties.INSTA GUARD has excellent flow and leveling properties, is easy to apply and requires no special burnishing technique for curing or gloss development. INSTA GUARD provides outstanding floor protection andappearance over extended periods of time, providing a savings in labor and materials.INSTA GUARD exceeds the Coefficient of Friction safety standards of ASTM Designation D-2047.VOC content: Less than 1% by weight or less than 10 grams per liter.

INSTA GUARD MAINTAINER AND REJUVENATOR CONCENTRATESurtec GUARD MAINTAINER is a concentrated product utilizing INSTA GUARD micro polymer technology in a detergent system formulated to clean and rejuvenate INSTA GUARD protected polished concrete surfaces. GUARD MAINTAINER works three ways simultaneously: it cleans the floor, hardens the finish, and brightens the gloss. Slip resistance and safety are also improved with routine use of GUARD MAINTAINER.

DIRECTIONS: GUARD MAINTAINER is designed to clean and rejuvenate INSTA GUARD with an automatic scrubber at 3 to 4 ounces per gallon dilution with warm water. Allow to dry and for optimal results burnishwith a high speed buffer using a Surtec Thermal Gloss polish pad.
