Moving house can be a daunting task at the best of times. That’s why we offersome helpful packages to make the whole process feel an awful lot easier,and a little more ‘inspired’.

We offer assistance with your move into our inspired village.:

SELLING YOUR HOME

There are many ways we can assist you in the sale of your home:

Selling your home yourselfIf you choose to sell your home yourself, these are ways Inspired Villages can help you:

• If you sell your house before the village property is ready then we can provide assistance with temporary accommodation

• If you have not sold your house by the time the village property is ready, you can still move in and pay rent – which we will return so long as you complete within the first 6 months

• You can actually defer the completion on the purchase of your village property for as much as 12 months while you find a buyer for your property which gives you ample time to find a buyer (after 6 months the rent is non-refundable)

Smart Move – part exchange

Part exchange is potentially a simple and effective alternative to selling on the open market.It is offered by a company called PSL who will offer a price for an immediate purchase of your home. This could alleviate all the hassle, stress and worry from your house move so that you can cheerfully glide from your old house to your new Inspired Living home, care free and untroubled. PSL suggest that you will benefit from having complete control of the sale with no estate agents and people viewing your home. PSL have offered to give you a free valuation followed by a guaranteed purchase offer, subject to survey and contract, leading towards the sale of your home to coincide with the purchase of your new property within the village.

Help to move

Thinking of moving but not sure where to start? help is at hand, together with our partner The Senior Move Partnership we can take the stress away. We understand that your home holds memories and treasured belongings, so we guide you through the transition, taking the time to listen to your needs, concerns and preferences.

We offer the following service:

• In-depth telephone discussion with your appointed Move Manager to begin the moving process and discuss any concerns and issues

•One-to-one meeting in your own home to consider any issues, and compile information for the moving plan

• Preparation of a written detailed provisional moving plan so that timings and actions are scheduled

•A written action plan to you so you are well on your way to your new home in an organised and planned way, helping to reduce stress.

It need not stop there – The Senior Move Partnership can also provide the following service:

• Interior designer – to help furnish your new home

• Support on move day – a helping hand to unpack as much or as little as you need

•A tailor-made package for you – which will be explained during the free consultation meeting
