Mantra Bell City offers the largest event facility in Melbourne’s northern suburbs. Mantra Bell City can accommodate functions of up to 500 in a variety of event layouts, spread across 3000sqm of indoor and outdoor space.

From the grand ballroom to the purpose-built lecture theatre, Mantra Bell City offers 15 stylish spaces and multiple versatile breakout areas, all fitted with the latest in audio-visual technology.

Where are we?

We are located in the heart of Melbourne’s vibrant inner north, just 20 minutes from Melbourne Airport and the CBD. Mantra Bell City provides an ideal location for both corporate travellers and delegates visiting Melbourne and leisure guests wishing to experience the boutique shopping, dining and culture Melbourne is renowned for.

Transport options

From Melbourne Airport

With no unscheduled stops and flexible pick up times, the best way to get from Melbourne Airport to Mantra Bell City is via taxi or a private coach. There are plenty of taxis waiting outside the airport, but if you prefer a private coach or chauffeur drive, our team will be happy to arrange this. Depending on traffic, you can expect your trip from the airport to Mantra Bell City to take approximately 20-30 minutes.

From Melbourne CBD

Public transport is one of the easiest ways to get from Melbourne CBD to Mantra Bell City. It’s best to check Public Transport Victoria (www.ptv.vic.gov.au) for current timetables; however, the below can be used as a guide.

• From Melbourne Central Railway Station, orany of the City Loop stops, take the traintowards South Morang.

• Once you reach Bell Railway Station, get offand walk around 500m along Bell Street.

With 600 on-site car parks available, drivingto Mantra Bell City is easily accessible via anumber of Melbourne's major freeways.

Day Delegate Packages

Full Day Delegate Package - $68pp*

• Services of our dedicated events team throughout your conference

• Meeting room hire (8am - 5pm)

• Tea and coffee on arrival

• Morning tea with fresh bakery items

• Multiple lunch options including a selection of fresh salads, fruits and sumptuous confectionery

• Afternoon tea with fresh bakery items

• Iced water and mints

• Note pads and pens for each delegate

• White board, flip chart and projection screen

Half Day Delegate Package - $58pp*

Our Half Day Delegate Package includes the same items as the Full Day Delegate Package but with the removal of either the morning or afternoon tea. Room hire is 8am - 12pm or 1pm - 5pm.

Upgrades and Extras

For a small extra charge per delegate, you can include any of the following options.

Networking Breakfast - From $24pp*

Eat while you meet with boutique breakfast items, a great way to start the day.

30 Minute Mingle - From $24pp*

A great way to allow your delegates to mix and network; includes a selection of chef's canapes and standard beverage options.

Other Activities

You can also start the day with any number of team building activities. Our conference team are able to give you more ideas and costs on the range of activities available.

The Bell City Ballroom is available as one grand space with its own private pre-function area or it can be separated into 3 rooms.

For those planning events that require multiple spaces, the Marquee has ample pre-event space in the adjoining courtyard and is within close proximity to other event spaces (East Wing and New York).
