rejecting imitation and adherence to rigid notions. We begin by producing a “design narrative with the client – a unique story based on the DNA of a client's present life, past experience, and work. Our goal is to shape the flow of space and its related activities to fit the narrative arc of the story we have created. We craft strong emotional connections between individual and space using stylistic language and drawing from the client's own cherished objects, broad cultural references, and combinations of materials and colours. We guide the client through the creative process by liberally exercising the near-lost art of free-hand drawing as clients participate with feedback and ideas driving the invention of their projects.
