Workflows Data Import

Product teams can divide and conquer the management of their catalogs by assigning editor and approver responsibilities for given sets of products. They can also configure logic that ensures required product data is completed before it can be submitted for approval and synced to InsiteCommerce.

Existing product data is often stored in spreadsheets, which may come from industry groups, suppliers or other internal departments. Asset Management

Images, documents and other digital assets are critical components of product data. Using InsitePIM’s built-in Digital Asset Management (DAM) capabilities, users can upload assets and quickly assign them to corresponding products. Images are automatically resized for optimal site performance. Metadata attached to assets can help users quickly find, assign and manage assets. All assets are automatically available to InsiteCommerce when their corresponding products are published to the site.
