Starting the project

Horsham is a developing Regional city (population

20,000).

A large percentage of Victoria’s grain comes from the

Wimmera region.

The existing container terminal has operated in

Horsham since the 1990’s.

In that period growth in containers, and use of

containers for grains has grown significantly.

Resulting in capacity constraints at the site and conflict

with a growing residential population.
