La Cana Golf Course

Only 126 home sites are available within this select

neighborhood. Some offer magnificent views of Fazio’s

masterpiece course, while others are tucked away in a lush,

palm forest, just steps from the Corales Clubhouse.

Residents and non-residents can join the exclusive Corales

Golf Club. Membership is limited to 395 members and requires

the approval of a strict acceptance partners committee.

HACIENDA

The home sites in Hacienda are approximately half an

acre in size. Currently, there are limited available home

sites to the public at pre-development prices starting at

US$340,000. Here, P.B. Dye is once again collaborating

with PUNTACANA Resort & Club to create what will be the

resort’s first inland golf course, Hacienda. Construction of

the golf course is already underway and the release of the

front nine is scheduled for late 2011. Also available for the

first time, luxury condominiums offering two and three

bedroom spacious residences overlooking the manicured

golf course. All Hacienda homeowners will have access

to the many amenities at PUNTACANA Resort & Club,

including La Cana golf course, Six Senses Spa, and the

PUNTACANA Ecological Foundation.
