An affordable way for public libraries to offer digital content to their members

Consortium membership is for public libraries in Northeast Texas with populations up to 100,000

Annual participation fee based on population served: $1,500 - $9,000

Features and Benefits for Library Members eBooks & audio books can be checked out 24

hours a day from any location with Internet access

Never have an overdue or lost book (therefore never have to pay a fine)

Compatible with many different devices by downloading free applications

Ability to put books on a personal waiting list

Fiction & nonfiction books for adults, children, and teenagers

Who, How Many, How Long, and Where? A Prosper Community Library card is required

with no outstanding fees, overdue or lost material.

A maximum of 5 books per card may be checked out.

Books are checked out for 2 weeks (14 days).

There are approximately 5,000 books in the Consortium collection
