INNOVATIVIEW was founded by alumni of DCE in 2009 with the vision of helping Indian education industry in becoming more dis-ciplined and well knowned for impartial conduct of exams.

Started off with just 2 the team is now of more than 60 very effec-tive people of high energy and passion working towards a common goal. The services are now being offered to diverse indus-tries and multifarious fields thus covering from all angles and curves.

The company has extended it's services to more than 50 well re-puted organisations across 20 states in INDIA and is expanding at a very fast but steady pace.

Managing Director

•• Provide effective and inspiring leadership, as well as steward-ship by being actively involved in all programs and services. Im-plement and lead a continuous quality improvement process throughout the service areas, focusing on systems/process im-provement. Promote regular and ongoing opportunities for all staff to give feedback on operations and processes.• Ensure that all activities operate consistently and ethically within the mission and values of innovatiview.• Ensure the continued financial viability of innovatiview through sound fiscal management. Provide programmatic leadership and input for all strategic planning processes with the CEO and staff.• Handling / Managing and developing new Dealers/Retailer and Business Development.•• Overall responsibility for increasing sales, profitability and market share for the retail channel, making strategy in defining the company's growth and building competency in the retail business, assessing market size and share, sales potential.

Chief Technical Officer

IdentifyIdentify technology trends and evolving social behavior that may support or impede the success of the business. Evaluate and iden-tify appropriate technology platforms Lead strategic planning to achieve business goals by identifying and prioritizing develop-ment initiatives and setting timetables for the evaluation, develop-ment, and deployment of all services, Collaborate with the appro-priate departments to assess and recommend technologies that support company organizational needs.

Key Responsibility Area

HR & Operations Head• Prepares program budgets, facilitates several programs around the company, controls inventory, handles logistics and interviews and supervises employees.• Find ways to make the company more productive by providing effective methods in its business operations.• • To determine necessary competence required for the job.

Accounts Manager• Meets accounting financial objectives by forecasting require-ments. preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, ana-lyzing variances, initiating corrective actions.• Maintains accounting controls by establishing a chart of ac-counts; defining accounting policies and procedures.

Business Developement ManagerCoordinating, following up and reviewing the implementation of the sales and marketing plan.Managing, controlling, coaching and evaluating the staff, in order to give the necessary support and to guide the employee towards optimum performance and assure that each external salespartner achieves his goals.

Public Relationship OfficerPublic Relationship Officer• Planning, developing and implementing PR strategies.• Liaising with colleagues and key spokespeople.• Liaising with and answering enquiries from media, individuals and other organisations, often via telephone and email.• Researching, writing and distributing press releases to targeted media.• C• Collating and analysing media coverage.
