Fundación ONCE was founded in 1988 by the ONCE (the National Organization of Spanish Blind) as an instrument of cooperation and solidarity from the

of Spanish Blind) as an instrument of cooperation and solidarity from the Spanish blind towards other people with disabilities.

Mission : implement programmes focused on training and employment for people with disabilities, and universal accessibility, promoting the creation of universally accessible environments, products and services.

Since 2000, Fundación ONCE manages the Operational Programme (OP) “Fight against Discrimination” (XTalento), co-financed by of the European Social Fund (ESF ).

o To widen visibility and strengthen policy action at EU Level , contributing

to reinforce the disability aspect in CSR strategies.

o Add new Associate Members , which will enrich the work, scope and

impact of the Network.

o Finalization of ongoing deliverables (Work Group 2 & 3) and development of

annual work plans until 2015.

o Promotion of synergies among the different Working Groups.

o To strengthen the social innovation aspect through the creation of the

CSR+D Lab, a new space for innovative projects and initiatives, specially

among young people.
