Global Expansion – India (Micro)• The dairy sector in India has made remarkable
development in the past decade and positioned itself as one of the largest producer of milk and dairy products in the world.
• While the world’s milk and milk product output is expect to grow by 2.6 percent in 2007, India is expect to register up to a 4% increase.
• India contributes to world milk production rise from 12-15 % & it will increase up to 30-35% (year 2020).

Exporting FDI in India• Exporting to Aprotech Pvt. Ltd., given exclusive rights to
assemble and distribute our Omega-D and other products.
• This agreement will manifest over 2 years & Aprotech will be responsible for sales and promotion with a 5% royalty fee.
• Project sales forecast based on the rising dairy market should be at US$50 mil. This would give IPT US$2.5 mil from royalty fees.
Some of the weaknesses that IPT is faced with are the unreliable cash flow within the early stages of operations.
