• The company expected the invention factory to operate on different rhythm, instead of facing month to month,it tackled multiyear projects

• So invention factory sets its top priority.To create a more stable platform for trail runners so they did not have to work quite so hard to stay on their feet.

• Helen kellogg Director of business planning for the invention factory saw that the design needed to start from the blank page
