General information regarding the Spirit of Innovation Innovation Fair, hosted by the Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce and co-sponsored by AIM Careerlink.TRANSCRIPT

INNOVATION FAIR
Purpose
The Innovation Fairs purpose is three-fold: 1. Celebrate the current year finalists in both EIA and SOI categories, and give their businesses an opportunity
for exposure to our business community and event attendees.
2. Allow past winners to continue their engagement and relationship with the Chamber world and the event as it
develops from year-to-year.
3. Feature businesses in our community that are embracing technology and innovation in their everyday practices and special inventions.
Layout
The exactly layout and assigned spots for finalists, sponsors, and specially featured businesses will be sent out on
Friday, November 13th.
Schedule
Interested participants and partners for this portion of the Spirit of Innovation must submit their interest in a booth
(application page two of this document) by Monday, November 9th to [email protected]. Each application will be processed and responded to within two (2) business days. Space is limited at this event. Final
assignments and instructions for set-up will be provided to all qualified participants by Friday, November 13th.
The Innovation Fair will take place on Wednesday, November 18th from 10:30AM-11:30AM and 1:00-1:30
immediately following the awards luncheon.
Set-Up + Tear-Down
Set-up will take place day-of (Wednesday, November 18th) from 7:00-10:00AM. If special accommodations are
needed, please see contact information below. Breakdown and load out will take place at 1:30 (11/18) and must be
finished by 5:00PM.
Finalists
Finalists in both the Spirit of Innovation and Early Innovators categories have exhibitor booths allotted for them. This is a valuable opportunity for finalists in terms of exposure, and for our attendees, for more one-on-one engagement
with the hard work and dedication of these individuals.
