EMPOWERINGDISCOVERY EXPLOITING

The DISCOVERY phase aims at spreadinginside the company the Open Innovationculture, through the activation of thefirst simple instruments to seed anentrepreneurial and innovative mindset:the company sets up a first dialoguewith some players in a determinedinnovation ecosystem.

The EMPOWERING phase aims atfostering the acquisition of procedures,processes and skills typical of aninnovation ecosystem and of a trueOpen Innovation culture: the companyintensifies relationships and penetratesthe ecosystem, becoming a player in it.

The EXPLOITING phase aims at learninghow to govern innovation processes,inside and outside the company’sborders, defining strategies, policies,budget, partnerships and objectives toreach: the company is now able todevelop and manage its own innovationecosystem.
