AnticipatedChallenge
Beingawarethatthemajorityofouradultstudentscouldgreatly
benefitfromanIndividualizedLearningPlan toassistinmoving
themforwardontheircareerandeducationalpathways,we
soughtaprogramthatcouldbecomethecoreofILPs forevery
student.Believingthatbyearninganindustrycertification,
studentsconfidenceandpersistencetogoevenfurtherwouldbe
boosted.

pilotprogramfocusedoncustomerserviceskills,(becauseas
weallknow,thesespecificskillsarebeneficialinallrealmsof
ourdailylives,beitemployment,education,andevensocial
