QUESTION: I have been a member of several church denominations, but to jth is day I do not know which is the true church?

1ANSWER: There is no true church denomination on the face of the globe.

However, there are some that are more true than are others.Any church that believes in Vicarious Atonement, Baptism by Immersion, and Prophecy according to Holy Scripture, is at lea st part of the TRUE CHURCH.

The TRUE CHURCH has no Headquarters in th is material world. I ts | HEADQUARTERS i s in the Highest Other World. A ll of the Angelic Hosts are members of i t , as well as a l l human beings who have passed out of physical embtdiment whc were Sp iritua l, plus a l l human beings s t i l l in , the flesh who are Sp iritual.

Pew Protestants, and even fewer Catholics know i t , but Baptism by Immersion (not by sprinkling) is in r ea lity an INITIATION Ceremony — INITIATION into the TRUE OTHER WORLD CHURCH.

A ll persons, before passine from Advanced Budding Individuality ■ into INDIVIDUALITY, must be Baptized by Immersion, i f they have not a lready been so Baptized.

Strange as i t may seem, the person or persons performing Baptism by Immersion may not even be Baptized themselves, yet the Ceremony — INITIATION — of Baptism w ill be TRUE AND VALID. Of course, Baptism without a right attitude towards i t by the one being Baptized, is noth ing— they go down into the water "dry sinners", and come up out of the water 'Vet sinners"._

QUESTION: Please give me the names and addresses of some of the NewAge organizations o f which I should become a member?

! ANSWER: You have ju st asked the impossible. There aren't any New Age |organizations in existence of which you should become a mem- ■

ber — "join". This doesn't mean that there aren't any organizations that are good. There are any number o f them that are good. Some of them in the past have done fine work in a ss is tin g Budding Individuals

i to EXPAND into one or two Departments of L ife . However, i f you have reached Advanced Budding Individuality there is no organization on the face of the globe that you can "join" that w ill be a Five-Fold blessing to you, and th is is what an organization must be able to do

I for you to be "rated" NEW AGE.I f you want to start an organization that w ill a ss is t others in

TRAVELING THE FIVE-FOLD PATH there is nothing to prevent you from do- i ing i t . In fact, you w ill receive rich blessings i f you do, and i f ! you make a success of i t . You may be eminently successful in your i

undertaking, and we hope you are. But until August 20, 1953, the world w ill be s t i l l dominated by the "old order of things", and none

I of the mass-minded (there are exceptions, of course) can fee l that a 1 young, struggling organization could possibly be "NEW AGE". Yet i t

could be, and you could be the very one to bring i t into existence.. It w ill greatly EXPAND you to try. . Remember though, i t must be the I j Five-Fold Philosophy — must teach a l l FIVE of the Departments of Life.)

So, to t h i s day,I am a member in good s ta n d in g o f th e th re e churches - - denomina t io n s . There a re c e r t a in members in each o f the th re e churches whom I love v ery much, and i t g iv es me g re a t p le a su re to know th a t th ey and I a re a s s o c ia te d to g e th e r , even though i t i s by so t in y a th re a d as hav ing our names on a membership r o le .

However, ini QUESTION: How can we go about getting the church denominations to stop i

bickering, quarreling and fighting, and become one big organ- , ization that w ill eventually take over the world?

ANSWER: It cannot be done successfu lly , unless you do lik e Jack did —become a member of several of them at one time, and work in a ll

| of them towards that end. That would help to erase denominational l in e s . "One big church" would be worse than a lo t of small ones. I t

1 would have a l l the errors of a l l of them incorporated in i t . There is , j so much error now that they are hardly Christian.

The "bickering, quarreling and fighting" you hear about actually I doesn't e x is t except in "isms" — "Adventism", "Russellism", and the

"no-instrumental-rausic-in-churchism". These are the qjies causing most of the "religious fuss and muss", which makes i t look lik e a l l o f the denominations are fighting each other.

The Episcopalians and the Baptists (outside of the "isms" and the Roman Catholics) are the only ones who have any idea why they belong

, to the church they do. The others know so l i t t l e about their own de! nomination and the other fe llow 's, that they wouldn't know what to \I quarrel about i f they were inclined to do so. ; |

For Advanced Budding Individuals the larger denominational church- 1 j es are excellen t places to recruit students for the Five-Fold Philoso- ' phy of L ife . You can do th is without "stealing sheep". Advanced Bud

ding Individuals and those s t i l l "higher" each belong to a church, in which they ardently but quietly WORK when at home.

thers" — the mass-minded — with such utter contempt. Why, oh why, do i you do th is? Why can’t you be loving and tolerant? ■

ANSWER: We fee l that you have mistaken facts for "utter contempt". Wehave no contempt for the mass-minded whatsoever, having been

in that group ourselves for a great many years before settin g foot upon ! THE PATH, and proceeding forward.

The mass-minded aren’t necessarily ev il and stupid. S**me of them, i in one or two of the Five Departments of L ife, are further advanced | than are some INDIVIDUALS, but th is doesn't make them Budding Individ- j uals, Advanced Budding Individuals, or INDIVIDUALS.

Budding Individuals, and those s t i l l further along on THE PATH,I are "traveling West", which is THE PATH OF LIGHT AND LIPE (see page 24

of your copy of "Outwitting Tomorrow"). The majority o f Christians are "traveling South”. This is the "death march". Yet a l l Christians,

i even though mass-minded, on account o f their EXPANDED Spiritual Department of L ife , w ill be saved — "as by fire" . They w ill pass cut of physical embodiment. They w ill not have the joy of entering the Millennium in their present physical bodies.

The youthification processes are now taking place among Advanced Budding Individuals in a very delightful and th r illin g way, and especia lly so among the "greater In itiates" — INDIVIDUALSt and MASTER

. INDIVIDUALS.

QUESTION: What are thought forms, and how are they created?

ANSWER: Thought forms are thoughts that have taken defin ite form in yourMental World. They are created by en thusiastically thinking up- •

on a subject. Thought forms can be created by negative thinking. Fear, anger, jealousy, e tc . , e tc . , can create the most damnable thought forms. They can become very, very powerful.

Evil thought forms take on the shape and characteristics of ev il astral beings. Jealousy and envy thought forms are really "green-eyed monsters", and are ready to attack without notice. They often attack their creator. This causes the rapid growth of a fear thought form, which, while i t does not attack others, i t attacks i t s creator in a most heartless and re len tless way. All e v il or negative thought forms can be greatly weakened by the use o f the Blue Cosmic Fire (see Monograph —"Fire o f L ife"), and eventually eliminated en tire ly as one uses the Cos- I mic Blue Fire and travels along THE PATH.

If one i s enthusiastic. Positive thought forms can ea sily be created, The best one to start in with i s to VISUALIZE what kind of a person you w ill be PHYSICALLY a few years hence, when you enter the portals of the Millennium s t i l l in the flesh .

i QUESTION: I have studied a great deal along metaphysical, mystical andsp iritual l in e s . I have made some very good demonstrations in

the Social and Financial Departments of L ife, but for some reason or other I am anything but happy. Why is this?

' ANSWER: The answer i s very simple. There is a New Age rule that no matter how enviable one's position may be, i f one is mass-minded

i there is nothing that w ill make him permanently happy. I f anything could ! he would be forever "earth bound".

Unhappiness, when a person has everything that should make him happy, i s a sure indication that that person is d efin ite ly mass-minded, but is

I so near THE PATH that he can se t foot upon i t at any time.It is an eternal law, that no one is permitted to be permanently

happy as long as they are not EXPANDING in a l l Five Departments of L ife., Quite true, the mass-minded w ill have l i t t l e periods of happiness — fame, I fortune, matrimony, parenthood, e tc ., e tc . , w ill cause momentary happi- ' ness, but none of them w ill create la stin g happiness.

Only travelers, some l i t t l e distance on THE UPWARD PATH, are ever I truly happy, and then only because they are moving forward on THE PATH

in a l l Five Departments of L ife . Nothing e lse ever causes permanent and ever-increasing joy and happiness.

Failure to EXPAND in just one Department of Life w ill cause unhap- | p iness, and th is w ill continue until the neglected Department of Life is

brought up to the EXPANSION of the others. Over-EXPANSION of one Department at the expense of the others w ill do the same thing.

QUESTION: Is the Millennium the same as the Aquarian Age?

, ANSWER: Nof they are not one and the same. However, both have some ofthe same general characteristics.

The Millennium, chronologically speaking, begins January 1, 2001 j A.D., and "rules" for 1000 years.

The Aquarian Age actually began about the turn of the present ceni tury, but w il l not come into fu ll power u n til the beginning of the com

ing century — 2001 A.D.The coming Millennium is the "thousand years o f peace". It is the

time when the Evil Forces — Black Forces — w ill be locked up in the Bottomless P it — center of earth — for one thousand years. This means !

i that every person who does e v il in the Millennium, does i t of h is ownchoice and not by the influence of personified e v i l . For th is reason, ■ the f ir s t one hundred years o f the Millennium w ill be "ruled by a rod of iron". After that, when everyone " sits under h is own vine and f ig tree", the benign influence of Aquarius for the remainder of the thousand years j

1 w ill make l i f e most th r illin g .Aquarius i s an Air Sign, even though the symbol is that of the

, youthful Water Dispenser. An Air Sign always lib erates the Mind. Al- | ready the world is experiencing a change of mind, which in turn lib er - | ates a l l the other Departments of L ife.

The Millennium is the SEVENTH "since Adam". Seven is the•vibration j of mystery. The coming Millennium — almost at our doors through the shortening o f time — w ill be an age of th r illin g mystery.

' ANSWER: The f ir s t thing you must do is to start ca llin g down the BlueCosmic Fire from above. Visualize the Blue Fire coming down

QUESTION: Our children are 3, 6, 9 and 12 years of age. When shouldwe start teaching them the Five-Fold Philosophy of Life?

ANSWER: You should have started 2, 5, 8 and 11 years ago teaching thechildren the Five-Fold Philosophy. In other words, you should

have started when they were each one year old i f they were average, normal children. If they were exceptionally in te llig en t you should have started six months sooner.

The SOCIAL Department in a child begins to EXPAND the moment he begins to react to other human beings. Begin right there to teach him thoughtfulness to others, then a l i t t l e la ter . Diplomacy. The SPIRITUAL Department begins to EXPAND when you explain to him about Beings, Angels, and people in the Higher Other World.

The MENTAL Department of Life begins to EXPAND in a ch ild shortly after b irth . Reading simple, but Positive material to him while he is asleep for an hour or two each day, i f done d is tin c tly , w ill help him speak clearly when he begins to talk , and w ill greatly a s s is t him in learning h is lessons when he goes to school.

ANSWER: There are two very defin ite reasons why you are not invited . . .yet. The f ir s t one i s , you are probably not ready for Advanced *

th is earth plane — EXPANDING into the Five-Fold L ife. There is no other reason. EXPAND into Life NOW and you w ill become joyous. Put o ff your EXPANSION -until la ter and you w ill be constantly unhappy.

Here is a simple te s t to determine how interested you are in LIFE ! EXPANSION. Beginning with the uppermost point of the five-pointed ; Star of L ife, can. you name the Departments of Life that eaoh point re- | presents? If you passed the above te s t correctly, then name the five

colors that represent the Five Departments of L ife . Now name the three 1 sub-divisions of the Conscious Realm of Mind. Well, how do you stand?

Are you just a Budding Individual, or an Advanced Budding Individual?

Raw tomatoes are "prohibited" because they contain oxalic acid to a "prohibited" degree. Cooking the tomatoes greatly neutralizes the oxalic acid (C H O4) they contain, rendering i t p ractica lly harmless.

Sauer kraut (or the juice) should not be used because both are a l- j most liquid s a l t . The laxative e ffec t is due to the system attempting 1

I QUESTION: I understand that a great many diseases come from meat eating. Is there no good substitute for meat?I

ANSWER: Cooked meats do not produce diseases because a l l cooked food,i regardless of what i t is , is germ and bacteria free, unless, of

course, i t becomes contaminated after i t has been cooked. Meat does contain a certain amount of uric acid which is not at a l l injurious to the human body, unless that body happens to be "rheumatism prone" — '

| a ff lic te d with one of the several " it is" '.Due to the fact that the blood has been drained from meat (blood

is the carrier of uric acid) before i t is ever cooked, the meat one eats ' contains much le s s uric acid, pound for pound, than does one's own blood j and body.

A ll of the POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE foods on page 16 of "You CAN Take IT With You" are splendid substitutes for meat, but outside of beans, peas, le n t i l s , milk and buttermilk, they are so highly concentrated that

• they must be "reduced" by combining them with NEUTRAL foods. This "com- , j bining" is a real art, but i t pays wonderful dividends.

The reason most Americans eat themselves into i lln e ss and prema- | ture old age is due to three things: (1) over eating, (2) almost a to

tal lack of mastication, (3) combining POSITIVE with NEGATIVE foods.Over-eating is often caused by combining Positive with Negative

j foods. Lack of mastication on our part is due to too much conversation i at the dinner table. A ll so lid foods must be chewed to a liquid before

swallowing to obtain the best results from our food.

, QUESTION: This is rather a curious question, but what are some of thedrawbacks of being an INDIVIDUAL on THE PATH? I

I ANSWER: The worst drawback is not being able to be one's real ADVANCEDs e lf around the mass-minded, around Budding Individuals, and

' around many of the Advanced Budding Individuals. An INDIVIDUAL always has su ffic ien t money to do everything that he

, is "commissioned" to do. But le t the average person know that he "has money" and he is a "rat" u n til a loan is negotiated. And so, at a l l times, an INDIVIDUAL must never, never display opulence.

An INDIVIDUAL has, of course, "reclaimed the years that the lo custs have eaten", and so he is greatly youthified physically . But i f

1 he is around "three score and ten" or over, but looks only "early twenties" , and folks know about th is , the " life is pestered out of him"

i for h is "fountain of youth" secret. I f he doesn't t e l l them they heap 1 abuse a fter abuse upon him. I f he does t e l l them, they ca ll him a

l ia r because, as they say, "no one could regain h is lo s t youth with such s i l ly practices as right liv in g , right -thinking."

An INDIVIDUAL'S mind is naturally "quick, keen and alert", and • therefore, every day he sees the mass-minded, Budding Individuals and

any number of Advanced Budding Individuals "doing things the hard way"f | and i t would be so easy for him to show them the easy way. But th is | would be the worst thing he could do for them. It would take away I their in it ia tiv e to do things for themselves, for decades.

These are just a few of the "drawbacks" to being an INDIVIDUAL.

' QUESTION: Can we expect to experience a certain amount of M illennial improvement in Mind and Body in the near future?

IAN37?£H: Most certainly! Improved conditions are already taking place

among Budding Individuals, and Advanced Budding Individuals. Not , i among a l l of them, of course, hut among a l l who are enthusiastic about I making real Five-Fold Progress.

The f ir s t signs of improvement are usually in the Mental Department of L ife . This comes about almost suddenly when one day one realizes

I that, regardless of present conditions, everything is shaping up in such a way that one w ill enter the Millennium in the flesh .

This realization alone, greatly improves the Mental Department of ' L ife. Our Budding Individual begins to worry le s s and le s s . He begins

to relax, and to sleep better . Soon he takes everything that comes h is way, no matter how tough i t appears, with a big smile, and a big welcome. This turns tig er -lik e problems into purring pet k ittens — his

| Mental attitude towards them has suddenly made him much greater than i arc they.

• Now, with the cheerful, joyous attitude towards everything and anything, h is Mind has become P ositive . Do you know what happens to an a ilin g body when i t s occupant suddenly turns Positive and joyous? The body starts becoming an amazing new creature in a very short time. Now

' add what you know about feeding the body proper foods, and in no time the neighbors w ill be complimenting you on your reduction in poundage,

i and how youthful you are looking.

| QUESTION: Y?hy is i t that you do not stress the Spiritual Department ofLife more than you do, seeing that i t is the most important of

a ll Five of the Departments o f Life?I .I

ANSWER: The Spiritual Department is d e fin ite ly the most important of theFive Departments of L ife. However, due to the fact that i t re

' quires Hind — Mental EXPANSION — to comprehend that which is Spiritual, in contrast to that which is merely relig iou s, we have stressed Mental

, EXPANSION f ir s t . Then, ju st as soon as Reason and Judgment have attained some degree of EXPANSION we proceed to the other four Departments which, of course, includes the Spiritual.

With adequate Reason and Judgment a 3udding Individual is them easily able to understand the difference between S p iritu a lity and emotion-

i alism. If we didn't proceed in th is manner, Mentally f ir s t , we might easily end up with a legion of religious fanatics.

A Budding Individual just fresh on THE PATH has no way of knowing that relig ion is not S p ir itu a lity in any way, shape or form. Nor is there any way of explaining the difference to him with h is in ab ility to

i Reason, Judge and Comprehend regarding the matter.Furthermore, Budding Individuals, stepping upon THE PATH for the

f ir s t time, are members of every imaginable church, cu lt and religion.| How far do you suppose you would get with them i f you antagonized them I by te ll in g them they weren’t at a ll Spiritual didn't know the meaning

of the word, and were only religious — which’ is worse than nothing? You wouldn't get far, neither would the new Budding Individual.

QUESTION: We often receive le t te r s from people lik e th is: "I have three"bad teeth; t e l l me quickly how I can save them?" or "I need a

job badly and can't find one; even though there is a great shortage of laborers everywhere", or "A neighbor has put a vicious hex on me. How can I ward i t o ff and put i t right back on her?"

1 ANSWER: Questions lik e these and many others in the same category come,as you suspect, from Budding Individuals who have just set foot

upon THE PATH. Occasionally, they come from Budding Individuals who have been "marking time" on THE PATH, and suddenly fee l a need for something and demand resu lts NOW.

Actually the thing to do is to start TRAVELING up THE PATH in the Mental Department of Life for a short distance, and then you'll know what to do. You would then KNOW that i f the three bad teeth can't be repaired, have them drawn — pulled. You would know that as you make progress toward the Millennium that three perfectly nev/, healthy teeth

1 w ill grow in the place of the missing ones as ea sily as new teeth tookthe place of "Junior's" when he was about eight or nine years old.

Regarding the "need of a job badly", e tc . , by proceeding along THE PATH in the Social and Financial Departments of Life a l i t t l e ways, you w ill find you have eith er a poverty-stricken consciousness, or you

1 are so anti-Social no real human being wants you around. As far as the "hex" is concerned, or any other mental aberration, use the COSMIC

; BLUE FIRE regularly for protection. Of course, no Advanced Budding In-1 dividual would want to put the "hex" back on another, for any reason.

! QUESTION: How can a Budding Individual, who is some distance on THE PATH,t e l l i f a l l of h is Five Departments o f Life are evenly or

equally EXPANDED? This has puzzled me for quite some time.II ANSWER: Being interested in th is matter to the extent of being "puzzled” ,

is a very splendid indication that you are EXPANDINS into The Sreater Life in a Five-Fold way. Let us congratulate you, and wish you continued EXPANSION.

Actually, none of the Five Departments are ever EQUALLY expanded, not even in an Advanced Budding Individual, INDIVIDUAL, or MASTER INDI

i VIDUAL. One arises in the morning, with one Department a l i t t l e below the others, but by evening the "down" Department, through some splendid experience where the lagging Department was put to use in a defin ite way, is not only "up there" with the others, but has surpassed them.

This fine INCREASE in a single day's time is usually experienced 'in the Spiritual, or Social Departments of L ife. Of course, i t could be in the Financial, or Mental Departments. The Physical Department,

i as you know, makes gradual changes — we grow into better health, we grow into youthfulness. Of course, th is growing, which is gradual (but often not too slow) is true EXPANSION, just as truly as the other De- partrnents EXPAND into L ife.

Then you get a l i t t l e further along on THE PATH you w ill be able 1 to "feel" which Department needs your attention for the time being.

Give i t your attention by having more experiences in that Department, and i t w ill soon be in balance with the others.

I QUESTION: "What's ahead?"

! ANSWER: The above question keeps popping up in one form or another inalmost every incoming mail. I t is an excellent question. It

indicates that the persons asking i t innately know that there are GREAT i CHANGES AHEAD, and they are interested in them.

The answer to "What's Ahead" can be given in one word' — MIRACLES.1 Yes, there are MIRACLES ahead in every Department of L ife . To the older j I people the greatest MIRACLES (at least to begin with) w ill be in the I Physical Department of L ife . They w ill be the most gratifying there, ,

and, of course, the most obvious. As the Budding Individual passes into Advanced Budding Individual

i ity he is going to experience wonderful health. The body w ill start tak- i ing on youthfulness in a most gratifying way. Good health and youthful' ness alwa$rs begin on the inside — you 'll know they are taking place a I long time before outsiders w ill notice i t . As the body improves, the ! Mind INCREASES even faster . This means that the NINE facu lties in the 1 sub-conscious w ill be greatly activated. One of the nine is INSPIRATION.

When th is faculty begins really to function ( i t is only partly dormant) you w ill be led right to the thing or things that you desire and require.

I GENIUS i 3 also one of the nine fa cu ltie s . When i t is activated and USED,I you w ill AUTOMATICALLY KNOW how to make use of the information and reve! lation s that INSPIRATION brings you.

WHAT’S AHEAD? Every wonderful thing that you can wish for ( i f i t i is Positive) w ill be yours as you INCREASE. Using what you have, where | you are NOW, is the beginning of MIRACLES for you.
