Arrangement of DM and ACW System

Fuel Oil System:The piping from fuel oil tanks up to the fuel oil pressurizing and forwarding pumps (supplied by BHEL) is required to be completed by L&T.The fuel oil pressurizing pumps are required to be installed and are to be commissioned by BHEL for which 400 V supply shall be arranged by L&T from 400 V switchboards being installed in the fuel oil pump houseThe fuel oil piping from fuel oil pump house up to the boiler is required to be got completed through BHEL for which the readiness of the pipe rack PR-4 is required

Availability of ID and FD Fan:Mechanical readiness is required to be ensured for 1 ID and 1 FD fan including oil system and oil flushing etc.The DMCCW system for cooling of ID fan and FD fan 11 KV cabling including protection cabling is required to be completed for 1 ID and 1 FD fan for their operation from local / DCS including commissioning of VFD system for ID fan

Bottom Ash Hopper:Readiness of bottom ash hoper with refractory lining with seal truf arrangement is required to be ensured

Compressed Air System: At least one compressor is required to be made ready and commissioned for supply of instrument / service air required for various systems. Idenntification of various system requiring instrument and service Air for Boiler Light Up

Fire System for Boiler Operating FloorThe fire hydrant system is required to be made available with commissioning of booster pumps for feeding fire hydrant at boiler platform. Since the fire hydrants pumps are yet to be installed by L&T as such this system may have to be charged by using another available pump which can develop pressure around 6 Kg/cm2
