• Inner ∅ 5 mm
• Outer ∅ 6,4 mm
• Thickness: 200 µm, 300 µm
Long Arc Length ICR for Central KC
• Main Indication
• Central Nipple KC
• Requisites:
• Central Cone w Low Astigmatism
• K max < 70 D
• CCT > 400 µm
• Central Cornea must be transparent

• SI 355º 200µm →SE ≤ 6 diopt
• SI 355º 300µm →SE > 6 diopt

The 5º gap must be along the incisional axis
Tunnel made w Femtosecond laser is mandatory
• 80% thickness at ∅ 5,7 mm
• Minimum depth 300µm
• Inner ∅ 5 mm
• Outer ∅ 6,5 mm

Implantation of the Keraring 355º
• Improved Visual Acuity
• Reduced Myopic and Astigmatic components
• Flattened and Regularized the central cornea
• Safe in this small group of patients
