    The dwelling at address number 1106 Kenwood Dr. is a small story and half brick cottage

    built in 1948. The home has a side-gable composite shingle roof with a gable-ended,

    exterior brick chimney, and two symmetrical front-gable dormers with six-over-sixdouble-hung windows. The residences three bay symmetrical faade has a central

    wood panel door with a protective glass storm door and a Greek revival stoop. Two

    flanking eight over eight double-hung windows make up the rest of the faade. The

    house is situated on a continuous brick foundation (C).

    To the left of the homes faade is a small side porch addition with a side gable

    composite shingle roof and Greek revival supporting columns, circa 1950-1960 (C).

    To the right of the homes faade is a small brick side gable addition with a six-over-six

    double-hung window and a low brick wall, circa 1950-1960s (C).

    To the rear of the home is a small front gabled storage shed, circa 1990s (NC- due to

    date of construction).

    2. 1110 Kenwood Dr.1933

    The residence at address 1110 Kenwood Dr. is a two story side-gabled stone cottage

    with a composite shingle roof and a gable-ended, interior stone chimney. A single shed

    roof dormer addition with side-by-side, six- over-six double-hung windows, circa 1970

    (NC), is located centrally on the roof and is clad in asbestos siding. The homes first floor

    is asymmetrically designed with a wood paneled door and decorative wrought iron

    storm door recessed under a front-gable Greek revival portico at the right side of the

    house. A set of six-over-six double-hung windows and a single six-over-six double-hung

    window are located to the left of the faade. The right side of the house has a small side

    porch supported by ionic columns (C).

    To the rear of the home is a small front- gable garage and storage shed with three six

    panel windows located symmetrically across the outbuildings faade, circa 1950-1960

    (C).

    3. 1112 Kenwood Dr.1976

    Address number 1112 Kenwood Dr. is a small single story cross-gable home with a

    composite shingle roof and an gable-ended, interior brick chimney. To the right of the

    house the front-gable portion of the home is covered in brick and has a symmetricalone-over-one double-hung window. The left side of the faade is clad in log and

    chinking with a wood paneled door covered in a decorative wrought iron storm door

    and flanked by a set of one-over-one double-hung windows. The home has a recessed

    half porch supported by square wooding columns (NC).

    To the rear of the home there is a small front gable addition circa 1980 (NC).

    To the rear of the home there is a small porch addition with decorative wrought iron

    columns, circa 1980 (NC).

    4. 1120 Kenwood Dr.1945

    1120 Kenwood Dr. is a single story cross-gable, brick dwelling with a composite shingle

    roof and Victorian alterations. The homes faade is asymmetrical with a multi-light

    window to the left of the home. Perpendicular to the front facing window is the wood

    paneled entry door which is located under a front-gable portico with decorative dental

    molding. The front gable portion of the cross-gable has a set of centrally located nine-

    over-nine double-hung windows. To the left of the cross-gable section is a large eight-

    over-eight double-hung window. Decorative dental molding has been added to the

    eaves of the home to give it a distinct Victorian flare (NC due to alterations and

    additions).

    The front porch has been extended across the right side of the faade. Decorative

    dental molding and spindle work add Victorian-like elements, circa 1980s (NC- due to

    date of construction).

    To the right side of the home there is a side gable addition with a eight over eight

    double-hung window with a perpendicular secondary entrance, circa 1970-1980 (NC-

    due to date of construction).

    A decorative Victorian fence and trellis, as well as turned word Victorian balustrades and

    columns can be seen on the porch addition, circa 1990 (NC- due to date of alteration).

    To the rear of the house is a two door garage with a shed roof carport addition, circa

    1980 (NC- due to date of construction).

    5. 1126 Kenwood Dr.1948

    Address 1126 Kenwood Dr. is a story and half brick cross-gable cottage with asphalt

    shingles and a gabled dormer with a six-over-six double-hung window, circa 1970 (NC-

    due to date of construction). The homes asymmetrical faade has a single door garageto the left followed by a multi-light fixed window and a wood paneled entry door

    covered with a decorative wrought iron storm door. The cross-gable section of the

    home has a centered eight-over-eight double-hung window. The homes steeply

    pitched roof give the home a New England cottage feel. The home has a flat roof porch

    supported by square wooden columns on a poured cement foundation across the side-

    gable portion of the home (C).

    To the rear of the home is a wood privacy fence, circa 2000 (NC).

    6. 1128 Kenwood Dr.1948

    Address 1128 Kenwood Dr. is a single story side-gable brick cottage with Greek revival

    elements and a composite shingle roof. The home has a centrally located entry door

    flanked on the right side by a multi-light window. This entryway is located under a

    recessed porch across the front half of the home which is supported by square wood

    columns. There is an eight-over-eight double-hung window to the far right of the

    homes faade (C).

    To the left side of the home there is side gable addition with a set of French doors with

    multi-light side lights, circa 1990 (NC).

    7. 1130 Kenwood Dr.1950

    1130 Kenwood Dr. is a single story brick and vertical board cottage with a side-gable

    composite shingle roof. This three bay home has a single door garage to the left of the

    faade. The entry door as well as a set of six-over-six double-hung windows is recessed

    under the homes flat roof porch. The recessed section of the home is clad in vertical

    board. The right of the house has an eight-over-eight double-hung window. The

    homes porch is supported by decorative wrought iron columns and a decorative fence

    across the roof. (C).

    8. 1132 Kenwood Dr.1950

    Address 1132 Kenwood Dr. is a single story cross-gable brick cottage with a composite

    shingle roof and a continuous brick foundation. The homes three bay faade has a

    single door attached garage to the left followed by a large picture window. Theresidences entry door is covered by a half light metal storm door, recessed under the

    homes porch. The residences porch and entryway are part of the cross-gable section

    of the home. The left side of the porch is supported by a decorative metal column. A

    twelve-over-twelve double-hung window is also located in the cross-gable portion of the

    home. The top half of the cross-gable section is clad in vertical wood board. (C).

    There is a composite material fence located in the front yard, circa 2000 (NC- due to

    date of alteration).

    To the rear of the home there is a gable addition the date is unknown because it is

    obscured.

    9. 1134 Kenwood Dr.1950

    Address 1134 Kenwood Dr. is a story and a half brick side-gable home with a composite

    shingle roof and two symmetrically placed gabled dormers. The dormers have six-over-

    six double-hung windows and are clad in weatherboard siding. This asymmetrical home

    has an attached single door garage to the left followed by a decorative multi-paned

    entry door with a fluted Greek revival surround. The home has a large multi-light fix

    window to the right of the entry door and an eight-over-eight double-hung window to

    the right of the picture window (C).

    To the rear of the home there is a shed roof addition, circa 1960-1970 (NC).

    There is also a gambrel roof shed to the rear of the home, circa 2000 (NC).

    10.1136 Kenwood Dr.1950

    Address 1136 Kenwood Dr. is a single story cross-gable brick cottage with a continuous

    concrete foundation. The homes entrance is a wood paneled door recessed beneath

    the cross-gable section. The left side of the recessed portico is supported by a square

    wood column. A twelve-over-twelve double-hung window is located to the left of the

    entrance, while an eight-over-eight double-hung window is located to the right of the

    entrance in the cross-gable. To the far left of the building there is a set of six-over-six

    double-hung windows. The area around these windows is clad in horizontal weather

    board siding (C).

    Change in material around the set of six-over-six windows denotes that this wasformerly an attached garage that was converted into an addition sometime in the 1970s

    (NC).

    To the rear of the house there is gable roof shed, circ 2000 (NC).

    11.1138 Kenwood Dr.1950

    Address 1138 Kenwood Dr. is a single story brick cottage with a cross-gable composite

    shingle roof and a continuous brick foundation. This three bay residence has a front-

    gable section on both the left and right sides of the house. Each of the front-gable

    sections has a set of six-over-six double-hung windows. The center bay is a partially

    recessed porch with a set of six-over-six double-hung windows on the right and a

    decorative entry door. The porchs shed roof is supported by decorative wrought iron

    columns (C).

    The cross gable section to the left of the faade was formerly an attached garage that

    was converted into an addition sometime in the 1970s (NC).

    To the rear of the home there is a gambrel roof shed, circa 2000 (NC).

    12.1200 Kenwood Dr.1946

    Address 1200 Kenwood Dr. is a single story modern house with mission-like elements, a

    hipped composite shingle roof, vinyl siding, and exterior brick chimney, and a

    continuous concrete foundation. The homes entry door is recessed beneath a hipped

    roof metal portico supported by decorative wrought iron columns. To the right of the

    right of the entry is a side-by-side window. To the left of the house is a bay window

    with one-over-one double-hung windows on each side of the bay. To the left of the bay

    is a set of double-hung one-over-one windows (C).

    Three hip roof additions have been added to the left side of the house, circa 1980 (NC).

    To the left of the house there is an iron security gate in the driveway, circa 1980 (NC).

    13.1204 Kenwood Dr.1930

    Address 1204 Kenwood Dr. is a story and a half brick cottage with a cross-gable roof and

    an exterior front facing brick chimney. The homes foundation is made up of rough cutstone. The homes entry door is a decorative multi-paned door with a glass storm door

    over top and is located under a front-gable portico. A set of nine-over-one double-hung

    windows are located in the cross-gable section of the home. Both the cross-gable and

    the portico have stucco work in the gabled portion of the faade. A decorative brick wall

    extension is located to the right of the cross-gable section. To the far left of the faade

    is a nine-over-one double-hung window. The residence has a concrete slab porch with a

    decorative iron work railing. There is no roof over this area of porch except for the entry

    portico.

    A skylight is visible on the front right hand side of the home, circ 1980-1990 (NC).

    To the rear of the home there is a shed roof addition with a second story porch, circa

    1960-1970 ().

    To the rear of the property there is a gable roof garage, circa 1970? ().

    14.1206 Kenwood Dr.1950

    Address 1206 Kenwood Dr. is a story and a half brick cottage with a cross-gable

    composite shingle roof, an interior brick chimney, a front gable dormer with a six-over-

    six double-hung window, and a continuous brick foundation. The homes entryway is a

    wood paneled door with a glass storm door cover beneath a shed roof portico. To the

    left of the entry a twelve-over-twelve double-hung window flanked by two six-over-six

    double-hung windows. To the far left side of the house there is a secondary multi-light

    entry door. Centered in the front-gable section of the house there is an eightover-eight

    double-hung window (C).

    To the rear of the home there is a gable roof garage, circa 1970-1980 (NC).

    15.1208 Kenwood Dr.1950

    Address 1208 Kenwood Dr. is a story and a half brick and vertical wood board cottage

    with a side-gable composite shingle roof, hip roof dormers with six-over-six double-hung

    windows, and a continuous brick foundation. To the right side of the homes faade

    there is a multi-light picture window flanked by multi-light side windows. The homes

    entry door is perpendicular to the front facing faade and is recessed beneath the

    houses front porch. Also under the porch are a set of four-over-four double-hung

    windows and a multi-light fixed window. The portion of the faade that is recessedbeneath the porch is clad in vertical wood board. The porch itself is supported by

    square wooden columns (NC-due to alterations and additions).

    To the left of the original house and porch a dog-trot breezeway hyphens another side

    gable addition to the rest of the house. The side-gable addition has two arched

    decorative windows. These additions, both the gable addition and the dog-trot, were

    added circa 1980 (NC).

    16.1210 Kenwood Dr.1950

    Address 1210 Kenwood Dr. is a single story side-gable stone cottage with a composite

    shingle roof and a continuous stone foundation. The homes entry door is located

    beneath a front-gable portico porch supported by decorative iron work columns. Also

    located beneath the porch is a six-over-six double-hung window to the right of the entry

    door. To the left of the porch there is a set of eight-over-eight double-hung windows

    followed by a single eight-over-eight double-hung window. To the left of the single

    eight-over-eight double-hung window is another set of eight-over-eight double-hung

    windows, and to the left of that set is another single eight-over-eight double-hung

    window (C).

    A stone retaining wall surrounds the homes front yard (C).

    A stone patio to the rear of the house also appears to be original (C).

    Also to the rear of the house is a gambrel roof shed, circa 2000 (NC).

    17.1300 Kenwood Dr.1948

    Address 1300 Kenwood Dr. is a single story brick ranch style home with a cross-gable

    composite shingle roof, an interior brick chimney, and a continuous stone foundation.

    On the far left of the home, centered in the gable-front cross section is an eight-over-

    eight double-hung window. Directly to the right of the front-gable portion the house is

    the homes decorative wood paneled door recessed under a shed roof portico. To the

    right of the entry is a large picture window flanked by four-over-four double-hung

    windows. Further to the right two consecutive eight-over-eight double-hung windows

    are evenly spaced (C).

    To the far right of the home there appears to be a side-gable addition with twosymmetrically spaced six-over-six double-hung windows, circa 1970 (NC).

    18.1306 Kenwood Dr.1950 not in tax assessor

    Address 1306 Kenwood Dr. is a single story cottage with a hip composite shingle roof

    and a front facing brick chimney. On the far right of the homes faade there is an eight-

    over-eight double-hung window. The home has a shed roof porch supported by square

    wood columns. Beneath the homes porch is a wood panel entry door covered with a

    glass storm door and a large picture window flanked by two four-over-four double-hung

    windows. To the left of the porch is a front facing brick chimney flanked by two four-

    over-four double-hung windows. To the far left of the homes faade is an eight-over-

    eight double-hung window (C).

    To the rear of the home is a metal shed roof carport, circa 1970 (NC).

    19.1308 Kenwood Dr.1949

    Address 1308 is a single story cross-gable brick and vertical wood board cottage with a

    composite shingle roof and a continuous brick foundation. To the far right of the

    homes faade is a multi-light picture window. Recessed beneath the homes shed roof

    porch is a wood paneled entry door, a window bay with three multi-light windows, and

    a one over one double-hung window. The faade beneath the porch is clad with vertical

    wood board. In the front gable section of the house there is an eight-over-eight double-

    hung window. The front-gables roof extends out about a foot and is supported on

    either side by decorative metal columns (C).

    To the rear of the home is a shed. The date is unknown because it is obscured.

    20.1312 Kenwood Dr.1948

    Address 1312 Kenwood Dr. is a single story brick cross-gable cottage with a composite

    shingle roof and an interior brick chimney. The homes entry is recessed under a front-

    gable portico and has a wood panel door covered in a glass storm door. To the right of

    the entrance, in the front-gable cross section, is a large multi-light picture window

    flanked by two-over-two double-hung windows. To the left and to the right of the

    a secondary entry door flanked by two six-over-six double-hung windows, circa 1960 (C).

    A handicap ramp has been added to the front of the house, circa 2000 (NC)

    Address 1316 Kenwood Dr. is a story and a half brick and vertical wood board cottage

    with Greek revival elements. The home has a side-gable composite shingle roof and a

    continuous stone foundation. The homes entry is a wood paneled door with a fluted

    Greek revival surround and a glass storm door. The entry door is flanked by two

    symmetrical nine-over-nine double-hung windows. On the right and left of the homes

    original faade there are two symmetrical nine-over-nine double-hung windows. The

    homes porch has a shed roof supported by square wood columns and a decorative

    square wood balustrade along the roof line (C).

    To the right of the home a side-gable vertical board extension with a set of six-over-six

    windows hyphens on a front gable addition with a six-over-six double-hung window,

    circa 1960 (C).

    Address 1324 Kenwood Dr. is a single story brick and vertical wood board cottage with

    Greek revival elements. The home has a side-gable composite shingle roof with two

    front-gable dormers, an interior brick chimney, and a continuous stone foundation. The

    homes entry door is a wood paneled door with flanking three-light side-lights

    surrounded by a Greek revival stoop. To the right of the entry there is a large picture

    window flanked by two two-over-two double-hung windows. To the left of the entry

    door there is a small one over one double-hung window and to the left of that window

    is a larger one-over-one double-hung window. To the far left of the home there is

    To the right of the house there is a side-gable addition. This addition has a recessed

    porch supported by round columns, a one over one double-hung window, a

    Address 1338 Kenwood Drive is a single story brick cross-gable cottage with a composite

    shingle roof and a continuous brick foundation. The homes entrance is a wood paneled

    door under a shed roof portico supported by a decorative wrought iron column. To the

    right of the entrance is a six-over-six double-hung window. To the left of the entrance in

    the front-gable section of the home there is a multi-light picture window flanked by two

    four-over-four double-hung windows and a decorative fan light in the gable. To the left

    of the front-gable is a small six-over-six double-hung window (NC).

    an arched entry way. To the right of the entrance is a large picture window flanked by

    two six-over-six double-hung windows. To the left of the entrance in the front-gable

    section is a set of six-over-six double-hung windows. To the left of the front-gable

    section is another six-over-six double-hung window (C).

    A front-gable addition with a six-over-six double-hung window has been hyphened onto

    the house by a side-gable extension with a six-over-six double-hung window, circa 1960

    shingle roof and a gable-ended interior brick chimney. The homes wood panel entry

    door covered with a decorative wrought iron storm door is recessed beneath a shed

    gable section with a horizontal sliding window. To the right of the front-gable section is

    another horizontal sliding window. To the left of the entrances is another front-gable

    To the far left of the original faade is a large front-gable addition with a two

    symmetrical six-over-six double-hung window and a decorative oval shaped window in

    the gable. This addition is hyphened onto the house by a side-gable extension with a set

    To the rear of the house is a gambrel roof shed, circa 2000 (NC).

    27.1348 Kenwood Dr.1948

    Address 1348 Kenwood Dr. is a single story side-gable brick cottage with Spanish and

    Greek revival influences. The homes roof is clad in composite shingles and the

    foundation is composed of continuous brick. The homes entry door is obscured by a

    decorative wrought iron storm door and is recessed beneath the porch which is

    supported by decorative wrought iron columns. To the left of the entry door recessed

    under the porch is a large picture window and a one-over-one double-hung window. To

    the entry way is a set of six-over- six double-hung windows. At the far right side of thehome is a front-gable section that has a twelve-over-twelve double-hung window.

    Decorative quoining along the edges of the home provides Greek revival elements (C).

    To the far right of the homes faade there is a side-gable addition with two symmetrical

    six-over-six double-hung windows, circa 1960 (C).

    28.1351 Kenwood Dr.1950

    Address 1351 Kenwood Dr. is a single story cross-gable stone house with a gable-ended

    interior chimney and center interior chimney. The roof is clad in composite shingles and

    the foundation is composed of continuous stone. The homes wood panel and

    decorative metal door is recessed under a shed roof portico with decorative wrought

    iron column supports. To the left of the entrance is the front-gable section of the house

    with a two-over-two double-hung window and a decorative octagonal window in the

    gable. To the right of the entry is a large picture window with flanking four-over-four

    double-hung windows. A secondary recessed French door entrance is to the right of the

    picture window. To the right of the secondary entrance are two symmetrical two-over-

    two double-hung windows. To the right of the set of two-over-two double-hung

    windows is another pair of symmetrically spaced one-over-one double-hung windows.

    On the right side of the house there is a basement entry way with a set of French doors

    and two twelve-over-twelve double-hung window on either side. This side entrance is

    recessed under a porch that has decorative metal railings(C).

    There is a privacy fence to the rear and left side of the home, circa 1990 (NC).

    To the right side of the property there is a stone fire pit and retaining wall (C).
