Job Duties I oversee the fitness department, which provides customized fitness
programming, assessments, equipment orientations, group exercise and
overall wellness of Ingleside residents and staff in all levels of care.
Oversight of a Personal Training Department.
I offer post PT/OT rehabilitation programs and Fall Risk Reduction
Programs.
Run weekly Health Coaching Groups, Wellness Education Seminars and
Workshops.
Provides oversight of aquatic fitness programming and works with the
pool contractor, lifeguard and maintenance department.
Facilitates the first responder program for residents and staff including the
Basic Life Support, Basic CPR/ AED / and First aide certification program.
Health and Wellness Committee Facilitator.
