The Perfect Tense(El Tiempo simple)
Active Form / Passive Form(Forma Activa / Forma Pasiva)
Remember English has 12 tenses which are divided in 2 forms.(Recuerden que el Inglés tiene 12 tiempos verbales que se dividen en dos formas.)
1) Active Form where the action is described.Forma activa que muestra la acción.
2) Passive Form which describes the action.Forma pasiva que describe la acción.
Today we will see, when to use and how to use both the Active form and the Passive form in the Perfect tense.
Hoy vamos a ver, cuando se utiliza y cómo utilizar tanto la forma activa y la voz pasiva en el tiempo perfecto.
Now the uses of the Present Perfect tense in the Passive form is exactly the same as we saw in the previous classes of the Active form.
Ahora , los usos del tiempo en forma del presente perfecto en la forma pasiva es exactamente lo mismo que hemos visto en las clases anteriores de la forma activa.
The difference is not the use but how is the sentence structured .
La diferencia no es el uso sino cómo se estructura la oración.
Active Form
In active sentences, the thing doing the action is the subject of the sentence and the thing receiving the action is the object.
[Thing doing action] + [verb has / have] + [Past Participle] + [thing receiving action]
Forma Activa
En oraciones activas, lo que hace la acción es el sujeto de la oración y lo que recibe la acción es el objeto.
[Quien hace la acción] + [verbo has / have] + [participio pasado] + [Quien recibe la acción]
Present Perfect in Active and Passive form.
Presente perfecto en forma activa y pasiva
Passive FormIn passive sentences, the thing receiving the action is the subject of the sentence and the thing doing the action is optionally included near the end of the sentence. You can use the passive form if you think that the thing receiving the action is more important or should be emphasized. You can also use the passive form if you do not know who is doing the action or if you do not want to mention who is doing the action.
[Thing receiving action] + [Have / has] +[been] + [past participle of verb] + [by] + [thing doing action]
Forma Pasiva
En oraciones pasivas, lo que recibe la acción es el sujeto de la oración y quien hace la acción se incluye opcionalmente cerca del final de la frase. Puede utilizar la forma pasiva si usted piensa que lo que recibe la acción es más importante o deben ser resaltados. También puede utilizar la forma pasiva si usted no sabe quién está haciendo la acción o si no quieres hablar de quién está haciendo la acción.
