As an infrastructure consultant, you will focus mainly on serving clients, developing new skill sets,

working across multiple industries, and learning deep technology solutions. At West Monroe Partners,

Your specific responsibilities may include:

o Assessing current state client business processes, gathering and defining business andtechnology requirements, and re-engineering new business processes, capabilities, and

supporting technologies for clients

o Evaluating, recommending, and implementing new business processes and technology thatenable and drive client performance

o Collaborating directly with clients and West Monroe Partners project teams to implementprocesses and technology that support various technical and business functions

o Learning and participating in the business development and sales process by assisting withproject proposals, presentations, and new client activities

o Taking entrepreneurial ownership of the practice by contributing to the development ofapproaches, methodologies, and solutions for client engagements

o Working knowledge of enterprise-level infrastructure, ideally with experience or knowledge inseveral of the following areas:

o Windows Server Operating systems including Windows Server 2008, 2003, 2000o Utility services such as Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCPo Enterprise messaging systems including, but not limited to, Exchange

2007/2003/2000/5.5

o Enterprise Desktop Management, Monitoring, and Backup solutionso Enterprise virtualization technology including VMware Server/ESX, Microsoft Virtual

Server

o Storage architectures including fibre channel and iSCSI SANso Linux/Unixo High availability systems such as clustering, load balancing, failover, and redundant

systems

o Firewalls (Cisco ASA/PIX, SonicWall, NetScreen, CheckPoint) and associatedconfiguration (ACLs, NAT, VPN Tunneling, etc.)

o Routing Protocols including BGP, OSPF, RIPv1/v2o Cisco IOSo VoIP
