    Some infractions have their own consequences (ex. Poor quality work will result in a poor grade). Record when the infractionwas brought to student's attention and follow the chart for furture infractions.

    May be scheduled at teacher's discretion; may be scheduled as teacher-held detention

    Do not use academic consequences for behavioral infractions (do not lower grade due to misbehavior)
