The Instep Internship Program is a great opportunity to work in a leading company, gain international experience, and meet other students from top universities around the world. Furthermore, the program promotes cultural activities and traveling which allows interns to explore India and its culture. During my eight-week internship, I developed an internal consultancy project for Infosys’ Quality Unit. I combined my previous work experiences with my recently acquired learnings from the MBA, to create models to improve workforce planning and partner relationships. In addition to the project, I participated in a Business Plan Competition where I teamed up with two Infosys full time employees and another intern to develop a plan to increase revenue in an untapped segment. The competition gave me a broader view of Infosys and the IT Industry. The program also provides the unique opportunity to meet and chat with the company’s top executives. Overall, the Instep Internship in a fantastic way to apply your MBA skills and expand your network.I highly recommend it to students looking for a global and exciting experience.

I had an amazing summer as an intern at Infosys.As soon as I arrived I felt welcomed and like a part ofthe company. The InStep team is committedto ensuring that everyone has a great experience and I think they follow through really well on that.My favorite part about the internship was all the other interns. There were interns from 35 di�erent countries and they all had really interesting backgrounds and stories. I loved getting to know them and experiencing India and the InStep program together. My project mentor was a great support to me and was always readily available to help me out. I worked on the data and analytics marketing team and developed ideas on how we could do more work with our top clients.Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I believe the best choice I could have made for an internship this summer. Not only for the work experience which was great, but for the entire experience including the people, the food, the trips, the culture, and the great memories.
