Foreword Dear colleagues, Here we are again, yet another year has passed already since our very successful 2018 ExxonMobil golf tournament. This year once more the Golf activity has attracted a good number of participants. In line with the last couple of years. We notice that people who participated in the clinic in previous years are nowadays players in the golf tournament. This is what we do it for, trying to get people enthusiastic for the game of golf! We are pretty sure you all do, looking forward to yet another successful and fun activity for you all this year and I like to take the opportunity to thank all of you for participating in this ExxonMobil 2019 golf tournament. This kind of outdoor activity is a fantastic opportunity to get to know each other even better or build new relationships with colleagues while doing some fun golfing outside. See you all soon!

Welcome Dear golfers, Welcome at the 8th ExxonMobil Golf Tournament in the Netherlands, we will play for the ExxonMobil Challenge Cup. Aside from that we introduce a Texas Scramble tournament. This might be a good format because we experienced that a lot of players love the team match and this is a match in which every player can and will contribute to the team score. Aside from that we can have a half shotgun to get the single players get a head start. Last year’s winner Sjoerd Gaanderse of the Challenge Cup will not be there to defend his title. There will be a new champion thus: All to play for! We are glad to organize a, hopefully, wonderful day for the golfers and clinic players. This year we will visit, again, Golf Club Princenbosch. The golf course is in a wonderful condition and we are sure that Princenbosch will accommodate as good as they have done in the past. General Information

Organization Organisator team: Gideon Nieuwpoort, Zalla Salim, Ron van Zandwijk, Martin Moerman, Ron van Zandwijk, Rob Henzen, Sjieuw Kamstra and Etienne Roovers. The organizations wear a black polo, with a clearly recognizable logo. Reception We gladly receive you around 10:30 hours at golf club Princenbosch. Following the route description from Belgium and Rotterdam it’s easy to find the course. Entry in clubhouse you have to sign in at the desk in the hall. Here you will have to pay your participating fee in cash. After payment, you get a bag with the necessary tools and information. Responsibility Organization and GC Princenbosch are in no way liable for any injuries, loss, damage and/or theft of belongings of participants, partners or visitors. Douche / Dressing room There are enough showers and changing rooms. Driving Range If whished, the organization can provides you, with a ball card for warming up on the driving range. Golf clinic Golf clinic starts at 13:30 hours. At the clinic, you get lessons in: Putting, Chipping and Full Swing practicing on a par 3 course. It takes a total time of 3 hours. Questions? Match forms ExxonMobil Golf Challenge Cup Stroke Play We will play for the ExxonMobil Golf Challenge Cup, We try to make it a fair but also fun competition to all players and to obtain that we have set some new rules.

• The 33 best players will compete in the challenge cup. Match will be based on Stable ford.

• The players below the cut line will compete for the ExxonMobil Texas Scramble Cup. Match will be based on Stable ford with calculation: 1/8 Handicap settlement.

Men are playing from the Yellow T-Markers. Women are playing from the Red T-Markers. Team Match Texas Scramble Stroke Play Each player hits a tee shot. You choose the ball you prefer and the other 3 players hit the 2nd ball from that position. (You can place the ball within one club length). The same goes for the 3rd shot and so on. On the green also 3 players putt (only replace ball within 10 cm’s) Stableford points are calculated from the average hcp of your flight. Every player has to use at least 4 tee shots. Elke speler slaat een bal van de tee. Vervolgens kiest men de beste bal en slaan de spelers de 2e slag, echter degene wiens bal is gekozen slaat niet (plaatsen binnen 1 clublengte van gekozen bal). Zo gaat men door tot de bal is uitgeholed. Ook op de green gelden deze regels dus er putten slechts 3 spelers (plaatsen binnen 10 cm). Stroke Play wordt berekend aan de hand van 1/8 van het team gemiddelde. Van elke speler dienen tenminste 4 afslagen te worden gebruikt. Longest and neary (Both Matches) Off course there will be a longest and a neary. (Men separated from women). Longest counts only when your ball lies on the fairway. Neary only applies if your ball lies on the putting green. If this is the case, write your name on the appropriate form and place the plastic sleeve with form at your ball. You will recognize the holes on the EM flag and / or signs. Longest men / women: B3 Neary men / women: A7

Etiquette & Local Rules Pitch marks Repair always pitch marks on the green. Try to do one or two more than your own pitch mark. Divots Replace always your divots on the fairway and where necessary. Avoid slow play Pick up your ball when you cannot make any stable ford points more on that hole. This will keep the speed in the game and less frustrations for the flight behind you. 18 holes We are playing 18 holes Course A and B Course A yellow 1-9 = 1-9 holes with white EM flags. Course B red nr 1-9 = 10-18 holes with red EM flags. Local Rules Check the scorecard to learn any local rules.

• Shell paths and places with shells are fixed obstacles and you may avoid them.

• Young plants/fauna are marked with blue lint or poles, rule is, ground under repair (GUR).

Play in the spirit of the game.
