INFORMATION

The undersigned accuses Bruce Wayne and Alfred Pennyworth of

the complex crime of Murder with Frustrated Murder, and Attempted

Murder, as defined and penalized under Art. 248 of the Revised

Penal Code, and committed as follows:

That on August 13, 2015 at around 6:51 pm in the City of

Mandaue, and within the jurisdiction of this court, the victims

were on their way to Looc Mandaue, aboard a moving vehicle. Atty.

Amelie Alegre was driving the said vehicle while the other

victims, Atty. Briccio Boholst and Anthony Pino were also in the

car. And, that there and then, while traversing the road, the

two accused, Bruce Wayne and Alfred Pennyworth, aboard a

motorcycle with the former firing the gun, while the latter was

driving the motorcycle shot Atty. Amelie Alegre in different

parts of her body, causing the latter’s instantaneous death. As a

result of the shooting, other passengers in the car, were also

hit by the bullets fired. Anthony Pino was shot in the abdomen,

and would have not survived if not for the timely medical

attention given to him. Atty. Briccio Boholst, on the other hand

suffered a gunshot wound in the thigh causing him wounds.
