TO HER WORSHIP THE MAYOR AND MEMBERS OF COUNCIL  NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Section 90(8) of the Local Government Act that an INFORMAL GATHERING OF COUNCIL will be held in the Meeting Room of Quest Playford, Whyalla on WEDNESDAY 14 JUNE 2017 commencing at 5.30 pm.  The business of the informal gathering is:

Recommendation  Pursuant to Section 90(2) of the Local Government Act 1999, the Council orders that the public be excluded from the meeting, with the exception of Chris Cowley, Chief Executive Officer for Agenda Item 5.1.1 – Council Planning.  The Council is satisfied that, pursuant to Section 90(3)(a) of the Act, the information to be received, discussed or considered in relation to this Agenda Item would involve the unreasonable disclosure of information concerning the development of Council processes and planning.  The Council is satisfied that in principle the meeting be conducted in a place open to the public has been outweighed in the circumstances because the information to be disclosed and discussed would disclose the personal affairs of a person(s).

 Recommendation  That having considered Agenda Item 5.1.1 – Council Planning in confidence under Section 90(2) and 90(3) of the Local Government Act 1999, the Council pursuant to Section 91(7) of the Act orders that all documents, minutes and discussion be retained in confidence until the next Council review of Confidential Items.
