ADDITIONAL MODULES

The optional loyalty module is brand new feature available in Autopart v30, that allows your customers to earn loyalty points for purchases they make. These points can be redeemed as voucher codes that are available to use against future purchases.

The module also allows for loyalty promotions such as double or bonus points. The loyalty scheme improves customer service and increases product attractiveness to your customers.

Autopart v30 is supported on the latest version of Windows, and its newly updated codebase ensures that it will be compatible with all future versions of the operating system. The updated code also prepares the product for a next-generation browser based version of the solution.

Tablet apps

The MAM StockTake app connects wirelessly to Autopart v30 via Wi-FI or 3G/4G, and helps simplify the stock count process. The MAM SalesRep app empowers your field based staff to conduct business while on the go, again connecting with Autopart v30 via an internet connection.

Business Intelligence

MAM Analytics is a business intelligence tool powered by Phocas Software, that empowers you to analyse key business data. An option to upgrade to the ‘full blown’ Phocas Business Intelligence suite is also available.

E-commerce solutions

Our customisable B2B and B2C e-commerce solutions complement your existing business and allow you to promote and sell your products 24/7. Our retail websites and trade portals integrate seamlessly with Autopart v30, ensuring that your e-commerce operation can be easily managed with the minimum of fuss.

FUNCTIONALITY ENHANCEMENTS

Autopart v30 features improvements that increase the overall capabilities of the system. Several areas of administration, sales, transactions and delivery have been enhanced. A key development allows you to sort the order in which grids are displayed, e.g displayed alphabetically, while you will now be able to export the data from grids in a variety of different formats.

Other enhancements will enable you to be able to connect and use Bluetooth scanners to scan received goods, while the updated Autopart system now supports new Warehouse Management functionality.
