Dear partners, Welcome to Back to Nature Project to start a trip to Nature and take a deep breath! It will be a pleasure to work together in Bolu for this project which is going to be a intense experience. We will work in an intercultural/international team through outdoor activities, how nature can be useful to explore relationships between cultures and to highlight differences in a creative way. The work we will develop in the international team will be focused on a theme: education in nature. We will therefore spend many times in nature and explore how can we make a forest our school for youth work. We will discuss the problems that human faces when living so far from the nature as well! Each partner organizations will not only send participant but also contribute to the activities to reach our project goals. The project will have an impact on international level. We have a really colorful and multicultural team and we would like to use this differences as our resources for activities. Briefly, we would like to thank you again and invite you to contribute all parts of project. We hope we will spend 8 full fun and activity training course and we are so excited to meet you! Back to Nature [Outdoor Training] is an experiential and adventure based approach within a non-formal educational context. The project aims to contribute to the personal and social development of youngsters and youth workers, raising the public awareness about healthy life and fixing the broken relations with nature. On the other hand, the project aims to promote and disseminate technical and educational practices in the field of outdoor activities and education in nature. The project focus on nature education and nature will be used as a laboratory. The participants will have chance to work in an intercultural atmosphere. EDUCATION IN NATURE GUIDE In order to have a concrete output of our training course and disseminate our project results we will elaborate a guide called ‘Education in Nature Guide’. We will work in groups to share experiences, learn from each other and create a mutual understanding atmosphere. During training course we will use participants experiences and ideas to create a concept for guide. After training course each partner organization will be responsible to disseminate results and maybe the guide will be translated and published in partner countries.

VENUE AND DATE 31st August – 7 th September 2015 Group will stay in this great forest camp called ‘CAMP WOLFTRACK’ near to Bolu town. http://campwolftrack.com We will sleep in wooden houses with 8 beds in rooms. For the tent lovers we will provide tent to sleep. We will send a detailed info pack to participants to inform what to bring.

TRAINER TEAM Training course will be lead by 3 trainers. -Serdar KILIÇ -Bengü ERGİN -Ahmet ÖNCEL Serdar Kılıç is a famous nature enthusiast in Turkey with his Tv programmes .It will be a great chance for us to meet him in his camp and exploring new technics in forest. http://serdarkilic.com.tr/

F INANCIAL ASPECTS FL IGHT T ICKETS REIMBUSEMENTS Reimbursements will be transferred after training course. Turkish National Agency has a delay for our grant transfer because of temporary problems of government. So we will be able to get the money after September and make reimbursements by bank transfer. There will be a local transportation from Istanbul to camp by bus. And it will be around 30 euros for each person. Total flight tickets and local transportation will be covered up to the limits written below. The participants who is over the limit, will cover the extra parts.

FEE Because of National Agency cut the budget we will ask 40 Euros participant fee from each participant to implement our training course in high quality. The fees will be subtracted from reimbursements. Insurances during the training course will be provided by us.

PARTIC IPANT PROFILE Each country will send 3 pax to our training course. The participant selection will be done by partner organizations according to criterias written below and selected participant will fill this online form until deadline.

- Enough english skills - There is no age limit. - 2 male, 1 female or 2 female, 1 male - Motivated to spend time in nature - Motivated to join all activities in TC.

DETAILS FOR FLIGHT T ICKETS DESTINATION: You have two options to fly to Istanbul. You can choose one of them. 1-) ATATÜRK AIRPORT 2-) SABIHA GOKCEN AIRPORT DATE Our training course starts from 31st August and ends 7th September 2015. So we will ask you to buy your tickets according to meeting time. Please pay attention to meeting time while buying your tickets to go camp by bus. Otherwise participants should come camp by theirselves. MEETING TIME TO GO CAMP 15:00 pm Istanbul 31st August 2015 at Airport TO NOT FACE PROBLEM FOR REIMBURSEMENTS

- Please buy your tickets roundtrip - Please buy your tickets not more than total 5 extra days. - Keep your all invoices and boarding pass cards. - Your travel should start from an origin and finish at the same origin. Eg.( Barcelona- İstanbul, İstanbul-

Barcelona) - Taxi and fuels are not recovered.
