    Company Leadership Principle

    People at all levels have a responsibility for their own health and safetyand should set an example for others. Management is accountablefor health and safety and managers will demonstrate leadership of health and safety through personal example.

    Company Sharing and Learning Principle

    Everyone in the Company is responsible for sharing good practice aswell as learning from near misses. Sharing experiences with otherscan help to prevent incidents. We all have a duty to intervene.
